Overtime Transportation. Transportation will only be provided if work revolves around maintenance backup that the main bargaining unit requests. The Company will provide transportation from the plant only for the first fifty (50) km roundtrip, to those employees who are asked to work overtime beyond their normal quitting times after they have reported to work that day. The employee must pay taxicab fare beyond fifty (50) km roundtrip. Regular construction work does not qualify for transportation assistance.
Overtime Transportation. The Company will provide transportation from the plant only to those employees who are asked to work overtime beyond their normal quitting times after they have reported to work that day, provided they live within a radius of from the Division plant. Overtime Meals - TheCompanywill furnish a meal to any employee who is requested to work past his regular quitting time at each regular meal hour which he is working. The regular meal noon, meal hours may be altered by mutual agree- ment to suit the needs of a shut-down or turnaround overtime work force. Employees called on less than four (4)hours' notice shall be provided with meals at each regular meal time while working. Employees called in on more than four (4) hours' notice will be fur- nished with a meal after at the first regular meal hour nearest the completion of eight (8) hours' work, and each regular meal hour thereafter. The Company will not furnish meals when overtime work is scheduled sufficiently in advance for the employee to bring his lunch. Employees held over from the midnight shift for periods expected to exceed one hour, will be provided with breakfast as near as possible. Day workers on overtime will be given a one- half hour period without pay during the a.m. to period to eat their meal. All on Company time.

  • Transportation Services i) In the event that transportation services for a student served by CONTRACTOR pursuant to an Individual Services Agreement are to be provided by a party other than CONTRACTOR or the LEA or its transportation providers, such services shall be reflected in a separate agreement signed by the parties hereto, and provided to the LEA and SELPA Director by the CONTRACTOR. Except as provided below, CONTRACTOR shall compensate the transportation provider directly for such services, and shall charge the LEA for such services at the actual and reasonable rates billed by the transportation provider, plus a ten percent (.10) administrative fee, unless a “flat rate” is provided in the transportation contract. In the event that the transportation provider notifies the LEA or SELPA Director that CONTRACTOR is more than 90 days behind in payment for transportation services, LEA shall have the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, but not the obligation, to make payment for such services directly to the transportation provider, and to deduct such payments from any sums owed to CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Master Contract and any Individual Services Agreement between the parties. In the event that the LEA makes direct payment of the transportation provider’s charges, it shall be entitled to withhold both the transportation charges themselves and such additional amount as shall be reasonably necessary to compensate the LEA for the staff and other costs incurred in making direct payment of those charges. The remedies provided to the LEA pursuant to this Paragraph shall not be exclusive. CONTRACTOR shall not include transportation through the use of services or equipment owned, leased or contracted through the LEA unless expressly provided in the Individual Services Agreement for the student transported.

  • Emergency Transportation Ambulance services for emergencies.

  • Transportation Reimbursement Employees who, during the course of their normal duties, are required to actually transport clients/consumers/felons in their own personal vehicle on a regular basis, are eligible for reimbursement for the cost of an automobile rider to their existing insurance policy. To be eligible for the reimbursement, the employee must demonstrate the following:

  • Transportation Allowance When an employee is required to travel to the Hospital or to return to her home as a result of reporting to or off work between the hours of 2400 - 0600 hours, (other than reporting to or off work for her regular shift) or any time while on standby, the Hospital will pay transportation costs either by taxi or by her own vehicle at the rate of forty cents (40 cents) per kilometre (to a maximum of fourteen dollars ($14.00) or such greater amount as the Hospital may in its discretion determine for each trip between the aforementioned hours. The employee will provide to the Hospital satisfactory proof of payment of such taxi fare. Where the Hospital requires the employee to travel between sites, the Hospital will pay for transportation costs of forty (40) cents per kilometre unless the Hospital provides transportation between sites.
