Overtime When Paid. Overtime will be compensated for all authorized hours worked in excess of the regular scheduled work shift, where the regular scheduled work shift is a minimum of eight hours per day, or, where the employee works in excess of their normally scheduled shift which is more than eight (8) hours per shift to a maximum of twelve (12) hours per shift or in excess of eighty (80) hours in a bi-weekly pay period. For the purpose of this Article, a work day is from midnight to midnight and employees shall have a minimum of eight (8) hours of rest between shifts.

Overtime When Paid. Employees may be scheduled for shifts up to twelve (12) hours in length. Where an employee is asked to work beyond their scheduled shift the employee will be paid overtime. Where the scheduled shift is less than eight (8) hours the employee will be paid overtime after eight (8) hours of work. Overtime will also be payable where an employee works more than eighty (80) hours in a bi-weekly pay period. Overtime shall not be included in the calculation of group life insurance, sick leave payments, vacation pay and any other employee benefits.

(a) Overtime will be compensated for all authorized hours worked in excess of the regular scheduled work day, where the regular scheduled work day is a minimum of eight (8) hours per day. Overtime will also be compensated for all authorized hours worked in excess of the regular scheduled work week, where the regular scheduled work week is a minimum of forty (40) hours per week.
(b) For employees working at the Employer's Highway 8 location, overtime will be compensated for all authorized hours worked in excess of the regular scheduled work day or work week.
(c) Employees called in to work at the Employer’s Highway 8 location who regularly work eight (8) hour shifts will be eligible for overtime as per (a) above.
Overtime When Paid. Overtime will be compensated for all authorized hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week. For the purpose of this Article, sick time paid shall be considered hours worked.
