PARKING AND VEHICLES. 16.1 You (or anyone living with you or visiting the property) must not park a vehicle anywhere on your property except on a “hardstanding” (a driveway or paved area intended for parking). You must not park a vehicle on your front garden or any grassed area.
16.2 You (or anyone living with you or visiting the property) must not park any vehicle such as: ▪ a caravan ▪ a trailer ▪ a motorhome ▪ a boat ▪ any vehicle you use for business (other than a car or bike) anywhere on the property, estate or on any other land we own without the council’s prior written permission.
16.3 You (or anyone living with you or visiting the property) must not park anywhere that would obstruct emergency services.
16.4 You (or anyone living with you or visiting the property) must not park on any garage forecourts or access roads, or in a way which obstructs access to any garage or hard standing.
16.5 You (or anyone living with you or visiting the property) must not undertake car or other vehicle repairs in a manner which causes a nuisance to others or park an illegal or unroadworthy vehicle on the land around the property, or on the roads within the locality of the property.
16.6 You (or anyone living with you or visiting the property) must not park a vehicle on, or drive across, grassed areas within the locality of the property.
16.7 You (or anyone living with you or visiting the property) must not drive across a kerb to access the property unless this has been lowered in accordance with the regulations of the Highway Authority.
PARKING AND VEHICLES. Tenant and its employees and invitees shall observe and obey all parking and traffic regulations as imposed by Landlord. All vehicles shall be parked only in areas designated by Landlord.

PARKING AND VEHICLES. All cars must be registered with Mgt and owned by Resident. Some communities require fees associated with parking. For those communities that charge fees, will have a separate Parking Addendum. If applicable, resident may be issued a decal to be placed on their vehicles. Please consult office for guidelines on placement, if applicable. If applicable, replacement of lost vehicle decals are charged at $65, unless proof is provided that previous decal was damaged or lost in a substantial vehicle accident and was irretrievable. In some communities there are designated Visitor parking. If applicable, all guests must park in VISITOR spaces which are marked with a “V” or with the word “VISITOR”. Failure to do so will result in the offending vehicle being towed at owner’s expense. Abandoned, non-operative, without tags or registration, or “For Sale” cars are prohibited and will be towed without warning. Do not park in non-designated areas or on grass. Cars must be parked inside white lines identifying each parking space. Speed limits within the community are as posted, or if not posted, the default speed limit is 10 MPH. Failure to observe speed limit could result in loss of parking privileges. Violation of parking policies may result in the resident’s vehicle, or vehicle owned by guest of resident, being towed at the owner’s expense without warning. All parking policies are subject to change with prior notification. Notices: Resident shall, within five (5) days after occurrence, notify Landlord, in writing, of any alleged violation by Landlord of its obligations arising under this Lease or otherwise. Failure of Resident to give such notification in writing, within the time prescribed shall constitute a total and complete waiver of said alleged violation and shall not be asserted by Resident as any grounds for nonperformance of Resident’s obligations under this Lease. Landlord has designated Paradigm Properties Management Team, Inc., as its agent for the purposes of managing and operating this Community and for exercising any of Landlord’s rights hereunder. Every notice or demand to Landlord, whether pursuant to this Lease or otherwise, must be in writing and must be delivered by certified mail, Return Receipt Requested, to: The Landings Apartments 0000 XX 00xx Xx Xxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000.
PARKING AND VEHICLES a. Parking closest to The Diversity Center may be found in University Lots 1 & 2; parallel parking is also available along Xxxxx Xxxx and Xxx Xxxxxx Boulevard.
b. The University does not provide exclusive parking for non-University events. All parking is first-come-first- serve.
c. Vehicles must be parked in marked spaces only.
d. Vehicles must not be driven on University or city pathways or walkways.
e. Vehicles must not be driven on University lawns.
f. Vehicles of event staff, volunteers, participants, and guests must be removed from University parking areas immediately following the event.
g. RVs may not be used for meals or lodging while on University Property.
h. RVs may not be parked on University Property overnight.
i. The posted maximum speed limit on University Property is 10 mph.
j. Pedestrians have the right of way at all times.
k. Parking in service or fire lanes is expressly prohibited in order to comply with applicable governmental restrictions, maintain fair and orderly parking, provide for the safety of all present, and ensure ready access for emergency and refuse vehicles. • The University is authorized to fine the violator, boot the vehicle, and/or tow the vehicle (at the expense of the car owner/operator). • Fines are according to applicable ordinances or University procedures. • The Renter will pay any amount owed under this provision which is not paid by the owner/operator in a timely manner. • Additional ticketing may be conducted by the Springfield Police Department.

PARKING AND VEHICLES. In many cases only one motor vehicle may be parked adjacent to or reasonable near the Vacation Property. Subject to Park management’s approved variance, some Vacation Properties may be allowed two vehicles per site. See Park management regarding requests for more than one vehicle on Premises. Overflow parking is available. See management for specific overflow parking areas and for additional fees (if any). • All vehicles owned/used by a Licensee must be identified on that Licensee’s license agreement. • The speed limit in the park is 3 MPH. • No parking in the roadway. Towing is enforced for vehicles improperly parked. • No vehicles allowed on grass areas of the park. • No boat trailers or other tow-behinds are permitted adjacent to or in near proximity to the Vacation Property. See park management concerning where to park trailers. The use of a tongue lock is highly recommended. • Golf carts are only allowed on Premises after permission by Park management. If such permission is granted, the following rules apply to cart operation. • Golf carts MUST be parked at the licensee’s Vacation Property from 10PM to 6AM daily except in cases where licensee is going to/from to/from their designated boat slip or restaurant next door. • The operation of ATV’s, Gators, Razors, Dirt Bikes, 4 wheelers, go-carts or similar vehicles are not permitted anywhere on the Premises. • Cart operator must hold a valid driver’s license unless driver is accompanied by a parent or guardian who has a valid driver’s license. Parent or guardian must always be in the front seat next to a child driving the cart. • Golf carts must be in good working condition. No loud mufflers allowed. • Golf carts must have working headlights and headlights must be turned on when golf cart is being operated at night. Flashlights are not a replacement for working headlights. • Golf carts may only be driven on asphalt or road base. Absolutely no golf carts are to be in the recreation area and golf carts are not to be driven between RV sites. The speed limit in the park is 3 MPH including for golf carts. • No driver may operate a golf cart in a manner that may endanger themselves or others. • No more than one golf carts per Vacation rental and golf carts must not be parked in the roadway at any time. • No one shall be allowed to ride on a golf cart while standing, squatting or otherwise not sitting in a designated seat. • “No Parking” signs apply to golf carts as well as other types of motor vehicles. • Failu...
PARKING AND VEHICLES. 1. All resident and occupant vehicles MUST be registered with the Rental Office. All guests and extra occupants must park in Visitor Parking.
2. ALL vehicles must be operable. Any inoperable vehicle will be towed away at Xxxxxx’s expense.
3. Accessible routes must be kept free and clear of all vehicles and obstructions.
PARKING AND VEHICLES. 3.20.1 You must not park caravans, motor homes, boats, trailers, lorries or any other business vehicles at your home or any common parts
3.20.2 You must not park any vehicle which is untaxed or is not roadworthy at your home or on any common parts (other than in an internal garage) without the written permission of YHG.
3.20.3 You must not park on YHG land in a way which might cause an obstruction to property, dropped xxxxx or disabled access. You must not park on YHG land in a way which might obstruct access for emergency vehicles, other vehicles, road users and pedestrians.
PARKING AND VEHICLES. A. No vehicle may be parked anywhere except in driveway or on the street in front of the house. Occupant's guests may park only in the same areas.
B. No disabled or unregistered vehicles, or vehicles with expired registration, shall be parked on the premises or in the street. Such vehicles will be towed to a storage yard at the owner's expense.
C. Keep the property clean and looking good from the street view. Let’s be good neighbors and maintain a good image for the property.
D. No changing of oil or other vehicle fluids, or other similar vehicle repairs, shall be conducted on the premises. The occupant shall clean up oil drips or other concrete stains created by your vehicle.
E. Bicycles, play equipment, children's toys, skateboards, or other similar personal belongings shall NOT be left in the front yard and driveway areas unattended.
