Part-Time Casual. For the purpose of this Agreement, the following shall be recognized as holidays: New Year's Day Civic Holiday Good Friday Thanksgiving Day Easter Monday Christmas Day Victoria Day Boxing Day Dominion Day (Canada Day) Remembrance Day Labour Day Where the Hospital schedules or requires a part-time or casual employee to work any of the holidays stipulated, the employee shall receive pay at the rate of one an a half (1 ½) times her basic rate for all hours she worked.
Part-Time Casual. All part-time and casual employees shall be considered probationary for the first 432 hours worked.
Part-Time Casual. An employee who is called in to work outside of the scheduled working hours of her department will be paid a minimum of four (4) hours at her regular rate of pay.
Part-Time Casual. All part-time and casual employees shall be considered probationary for the equivalent of eighty (80) full-time days worked.
Part-Time Casual any employee who normally works twenty-two hours per week or less regardless of the duration of employment. Part-time Casual employees are appointed on a UW Casual Earnings form.
Part-Time Casual. Part-time employees who are regularly scheduled to work less than thirty (30) hours per work week, and who do not have a regular bid assignment, or who work on an irregular basis throughout the year or work weekend only shifts shall be classified as Part-Time Casual.
Part-Time Casual. Part-time and casual employees will accumulate seniority on the basis of one
(1) year’s seniority for each 1725 hours worked in the bargaining unit as of the last date of hire.
Part-Time Casual. In addition to scheduled shifts, part-time and casual employees will be called in for all other shifts on a seniority basis, as set out in the Call-In Procedures.
