Participation in Other Benefit Plans. In addition to the foregoing, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all of the other various retirement, welfare, fringe benefit, executive perquisite, and expense reimbursement plans, programs and arrangements of the Corporation to the same extent that employees generally of the Corporation are eligible for participation under the terms of such plans, programs and arrangements.
Participation in Other Benefit Plans. While Executive is employed with the Company, Executive shall be eligible to participate in all retirement and other benefit plans and programs of the Company generally available from time to time to employees of the Company and for which Executive qualifies under the terms thereof. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit the Company’s ability to change, modify, cancel, amend or discontinue any of these plans.
Participation in Other Benefit Plans. As an employee of Provident Trust, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in Provident Trust's employee benefit plans for its salaried employees on a basis comparable to Provident Trust's other most senior executives, including but not limited to its medical, dental, disability, life insurance, retirement and savings plans, subject to any contribution requirements applicable to participants of such plans and programs.
Participation in Other Benefit Plans. During the Period of Employment, Executive will be entitled to participate in such retirement plans, major medical, hospital, surgical and dental plans, executive disability plans and other Employer benefits not described elsewhere in this Section 4 as are being provided by Employer to executives at Executive's grade level from time to time to the extent that Executive's age, positions and other factors qualify him for such benefits. If, for any period during the Period of Employment, Executive is not eligible by reason of length of service to participate in such plans maintained by Employer, Employer shall provide Executive with benefits equivalent to those provided under such plans and, with respect to benefits provided by Employer equivalent to those provided under Employer's major medical, hospital, surgical and dental plans, shall compensate Executive on an after-tax basis for any additional income taxes payable by Executive by reason of Employer providing such benefits directly rather than through such plans. Upon a termination of employment for any reason and for the remainder of the Executive's life and that of his current spouse, the Employer shall continue to provide medical and dental benefits in the aggregate to the Executive and his current spouse pursuant to the Employer's Retiree Health Care Program at a subsidized cost on the same basis as the Employer subsidizes premiums for retirees of the Employer who retired prior to January 1, 1993 (collectively "Medical Benefits"). The Executive and his current spouse's entitlement to Medical Benefits shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
Participation in Other Benefit Plans. During the Period of Employment, Executive will be entitled to participate in Employer's retirement plans, medical and dental plans, disability plans, life insurance plans, and other Employer benefits not described elsewhere in this Section 4 which are made generally available to Employer's senior executives from time to time to the extent that Executive's age, position and other factors qualify him for such benefits.
Participation in Other Benefit Plans. As an employee of Medco, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in Medco’s employee benefit plans for its salaried employees on a basis comparable to Medco’s other most senior executives, including but not limited to its medical, dental, disability, life insurance, pension and savings plans, subject to any contribution requirements applicable to participants of such plans and programs. The Executive shall be entitled to take five weeks of paid vacation during each calendar year.
Participation in Other Benefit Plans. Executive will also be entitled to participate in any other pension and profit-sharing plans, supplemental and excess benefit plans, long-term incentive compensation plans (other than long-term incentive bonus plans, addressed in Section 2(b) hereof), and other benefits, plans, or arrangements provided or available to active salaried employees of the Company in effect during Executive's employment with the Company hereunder (collectively, "Benefit Plans"). The Benefit Plans currently consist of the Eljer Tax Reduction Investment Plan, the Salaried Pension Plan for /s/SA /s/WM ----- ----- Initial Initial Eljer Manufacturing, Inc., the Eljer Supplemental Benefit Plan, the Eljer Excess Benefit Plan, the Eljer Manufacturing, Inc. and Affiliates Health and Welfare Plan, the Personal Accident and Business Travel Insurance Plan, the Eljer Industries, Inc. Change in Control Severance Payment Plan, and the Flexible Benefits Plan. Executive's participation in any or all of the Benefit Plans will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Benefit Plans as they may hereafter be amended or restated (or discontinued) by the Company, including the satisfaction of all applicable eligibility requirements and vesting provisions of the Benefit Plans. Executive agrees that the Company shall have no obligation hereunder to continue any or all of the Benefit Plans. The Company has provided to Executive, and Executive hereby acknowledges receipt of, correct and complete written plan materials distributed to participants or prospective participants in the current Benefit Plans.
Participation in Other Benefit Plans. Except as expressly provided in the Transition Documents, Xxxxxxx'x eligibility to participate in the Company's fringe benefit, retirement and other Company benefit programs will terminate on the Transition Date. Neither Xxxxxxx nor the Company shall make further contributions to the Company's 401K plan after the Transition Date.
Participation in Other Benefit Plans. Executive shall also be eligible to participate in any pension, profit sharing, retirement, health and or other club membership, group life, life (and at the option of the Executive privately obtained and expensed back to the company – not to exceed $750 a month), accidental death, short and or long-term disability and similar insurance, plans and or programs maintained or provided by the Company for its Senior Executive / Executive Officers generally (“Executive Group Benefits”) (Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance / benefits shall be fully paid by the company for the Executive, any spouse or domestic partner of 1 month or more, and any dependent children at minimum as a Executive benefit). The expense of all such plans shall, to the extent permitted by such plans, be borne by the Company. Without limiting the foregoing, to the extent such plans permit coverage of Executive’s spouse or domestic partner of 1 month or more, and dependent children, such coverage shall be provided at the expense of the Company to the extent permitted by such plans. The Executive may at his choice, choose a health and or benefits plan of his choosing for himself and or his spouse or domestic partner of 1 month or more, and dependent children, and have that reimbursed or expensed to the company.
