Patrols. Post 1 Security Personnel will conduct interior and exterior patrols from the hours of 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, and on weekends and holidays from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. the next day. When performing an interior patrol of the Administration building, the security personnel is to document in the DAR that office doors from the hallways are locked and that personnel office doors in each department are also locked. If any door is found unlocked, Post 1 will secure the door.
Patrols. Post 5 Security Personnel will be the patrolling security personnel for the 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxx facility and will be required to conduct interior and exterior patrols of the property.
Patrols. Post 8 Security Personnel will be required to conduct interior and exterior patrols during regular business hours and assist with safety and security issues that may occur.
Patrols. (a) Patrols will be a part of the Level I, II and III Watershed Operator's duties and may be a part of the employee's scheduled work week (including where daily overtime rates apply).
Patrols. 4.10.1.1 Each Device in the Maintenance Area shall be inspected during the Lighting Period, as hereinafter specified. Each Device’s location shall be physically inspected once every ten (10) Days (“Patrol Cycle”). The primary purpose of the patrols is for the Contractor to inspect the Devices to find and correct any outages or other defects as expeditiously as possible, and to note any condition(s) that require maintenance or repair to be performed at a later time by the Contractor pursuant to a Street Light Order (“SLO”). Patrols. All patrols will be on foot unless specifically instructed Inspectors may wish to train the PCSO’s in the use of the CCTV vehicle, if so this will require appropriate driver training. PCSO’s can be deployed in pairs or alone in line with divisional policy. When deploying officers to patrol alone supervisors must assess the risk the PCSO may be exposed to by giving consideration to: Time of day patrolling Radio coverage CCTV coverage Competence of the officer Areas to be patrolled and the problems they are likely to encounter. II Services to be provided by the ASBI Team The members of the Anti Social Behaviour (PCSO) Intervention Team will be based at the three District Inspectors police stations of Coedpoeth, Wrexham and Rhos. The Team will respond to incidents of anti social behaviour and disorder that are identified by analysis of community concerns and policing demands. This team will play a pivotal role in delivering public reassurance. Actions Plans will be identified through the Joint Action Group Meetings and a co-coordinated response will be managed by this process against identified issues. Partnership members can make a bid for the support of the ASB Intervention Team in tackling identified issues through the JAG process. Resources will be allocated against JAG action plans and neighbourhood policing plans. Performance measures will be identified within each action plan and reports submitted to the JAG and Community Safety Partnerships by the action plan owner. The full list of Powers that can be applied by PCSO members of the Anti Social Behaviour Intervention Team are detailed at appendix One.
Patrols. Patrols shall be made of the interior and exterior of the premises according to the timetable agreed between the Customer and the Contractor. The Contractor shall propose a security regime following the information given in the data packs. (Information redacted) Patrols shall be recorded in the individual record for each building as shall identification of any malfunctioning of plant/equipment, potential breaches of security. The Helpdesk shall also be notified of any issues identified whilst on patrol. The Contractor shall regularly check locks, and visually scan each area identified to ensure that no unauthorised personnel are on site. When on external patrol the following points shall be observed: Vehicle impact damage Signs of forced entry and broken glass Graffiti or vandalism Broken gates or perimeter fencing Suspect packages, objects and/or vehicles Persons behaving in a suspicious manner Pavement defects (within the Customer’s premises), loose or dangerous masonry, overflows running from building and other such defects The security staff shall report all instances of these events to the Helpdesk and, if appropriate and in accordance with procedures agreed with the Customer, to the Police. The primary objective at all times shall be to ensure the security of the premises and its occupants. When on internal patrol particular attention shall be given to Suspect parcels or objects Persons behaving suspiciously or who cannot prove their authority for being on the premises Closing windows Obstructions at fire exits Reporting of inoperative lighting and switching off non-essential lighting Damage Flooring damage/trip hazards Defective or tampered locks Breakages Signs of leakage from roofs or pipes etc The Security personnel shall advise of all instances of these events to the Helpdesk and, if appropriate and in accordance with procedures agreed with the Customer, to the Police. The Contractor shall keep records of any of the Customer’s staff who remain in the premises between the hours of 1930 hours and 0730 hours Monday to Friday or who arranges to work on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays or on any other public holidays. This is to ensure the health and safety of staff members. Patrols. The service provider shall inspect perimeter fence, walls for damage, holes or any other place or structure that can be used for unauthorized access. All damage/holes to fence/buildings etc. must be reported to Eskom project manager/Shift Supervisor on duty. The service provider shall safeguard the transformers and other critical assets to prevent any theft/damages and make OB entry. Service provider Supervisors shall conduct frequent patrols and visit sites on a regular basis.
