Payment for jury service. An Employee required to attend for jury service during ordinary working hours shall be reimbursed by the Employer an amount, equal to the difference between the amount paid in respect of attendance for such jury service and the amount of wage they would have received in respect of the ordinary time they would have worked had they not been on jury service. This will apply for the duration of the jury service.

(c) Where an Employee is entitled to a Jury Service payment from the court, and payment has been provided by the Employer, the Employee will claim the payment in full and all entitlements and reimburse the amount to the Employer.
Payment for jury service. If a Bus Operator is unable to attend work as a result of a requirement to attend jury service, he/she will be paid his/her rostered pay in respect of any period he/she is performing jury service that he/she would have otherwise been required to attend to his/her weekly hours of duty, less an amount equivalent to the amount he/she received from the courts attending jury service, with the exception of expenses. A Bus Operator will be required to provide receipts to Metro in respect of any amount he/she received for attending jury service.
