P.E.R.A. Leave Clause Samples

P.E.R.A. Leave. Subd. 1. To comply with the requirements of the P.E.R.A., a full-time employee whose accumulated sick leave is entirely used and who is not able to return to his or her normal duties because of illness, may, at the sole discretion of the School Board be provided with a temporary leave of absence not to exceed one calendar year, and may be reinstated if a position is then available. Such leave shall be without pay or fringe benefits.
P.E.R.A.
