Personal Code of Conduct. All employees engaged on site are required to adhere to the Personal Code of Conduct when in proximity of the Site or on the Site. It is important employees follow all lawful instructions given by their Leading Hand/Supervisor. Should any employee not be able to perform the assigned task for any reason whatsoever, it is their duty to inform their Leading Hand/Supervisor immediately. Refusal to comply with any lawful instruction may result in disciplinary action. Each person is accountable for: (a) Complying with Project Environmental Safety and Health regulations, procedures and practices and for taking responsibility for personal safety and that of team mates. (b) Abiding by Site work rules as specified and as amended from time to time. (c) Participating in and abiding by the site cultural and environmental processes. (d) Their personal fitness for work and complying with the Project's Fitness for Work Policy. (e) Maintaining uninterrupted continuity of work. Should a person believe they have been treated unfairly in the application of the Personal Code of Conduct the matter will be processed in accordance with the Disputes Procedure.

Access gate and route to the Site will be identified with the employee prior to commencing work on site. No other route is to be used. On site vehicle access and parking is to comply with the Site Induction / SSE instruction. All vehicles and carry in bags taken on the Site may be subject to search without prior notice. All materials or property (other than the employees personal property), being removed from Site requires written approval from the Site Shutdown Manager or their delegate. Visitors are not permitted onto the Site unless they have been approved through the Site Manager or his delegate and have attended visitors Induction and are escorted while on Site.
