Personal Leave Payout. 7-6-7-1 If an Educator has less than fifteen (15) years of experience and chooses not to use personal leave days above the three (3) days that can be carried over to the following year, the District deposits an amount equal to the cost of a certified substitute for unused days into the Educator’s 401(k) account. 7-6-7-2 If an Educator with fifteen (15) or more years of experience desires to deposit an amount equal to the cost of a certified substitute into their 401(k) account, a letter requesting the number of days in excess of three (3) to be transferred to their 401(k) account must be delivered to the District by June 30 of the year of the request. The letter is included in the Educator’s file.

  • Personal Leave Day A. An employee may choose one (1) workday as a personal leave day each fiscal year during the life of this Agreement if the employee has been continuously employed for more than four (4) months.

Faculty members needing to use sick/personal days shall fill out the requisite forms according to official College procedures.

  • Personal Leave of Absence The Administrator may grant a request for leave of absence for personal reasons without pay provided that he receives at least one (1) month's clear notice, in writing, unless impossible, and provided that such leave may be arranged without undue inconvenience to the normal operations of the Nursing Home.
