Personal Leave Reimbursement. An employee may be reimbursed for one (1) unused personal leave day per year, provided the day has not been converted to accumulated sick time. The rates of reimbursement are as follows: Full-time certified staff $90.00 Full-time non certified staff $45.00 or 75% of daily rate, whichever is less The employee shall notify the Superintendent by the last day of school whether he/she wishes reimbursement or conversion to accumulated sick leave.

Personal Leave Reimbursement. In the event personal leave is not used by a teacher, s/he has the option of selecting one of the following: (a) Reimbursement for unused personal leave at $40.00 per day (on or before July 1st) (b) Apply unused personal days to sick leave days (c) An employee may carry forward unused personal leave into the next school year subject to a maximum accrual of five (5) personal days (six (6) days for eligible staff as defined in 14.1) including the specified personal days that are granted at the beginning of each year. No more than three (3) consecutive days will be granted without approval of the Principal and Superintendent. The teacher shall notify the District in writing of the option s/he chooses not later than June 5th.

Personal Leave Reimbursement. The Board recognizes the need to keep regular teachers in the classroom as much as possible. Therefore, an incentive for excellent attendance shall be provided by the Board. The Board will provide the following Personal Leave Incentive pay: Any teacher who does not use Personal Leave in accordance with Article XI, Section D., during the school year shall receive a bonus of eighty-five ($85.00) dollars per personal day for each school year. When a teacher opts to receive a bonus for an unused Personal Leave day, that day shall not be carried over as stated in Article XI, Section D.
Personal Leave Reimbursement. Teachers not using personal leave (2 B) above will be allowed $120.00 for each day not used. Notification has to be given to business manager by May 15th to be allowed reimbursement. Automatic payment will occur if over 6 days have been accumulated.
Personal Leave Reimbursement. Faculty members will be reimbursed $60.00 per day for unused personal days (maximum 5 days per year).

  • Personal Leave of Absence The Administrator may grant a request for leave of absence for personal reasons without pay provided that he receives at least one (1) month's clear notice, in writing, unless impossible, and provided that such leave may be arranged without undue inconvenience to the normal operations of the Nursing Home.   • Unpaid Personal Leave Where an employee has exhausted all paid personal leave entitlements, they are entitled to take unpaid personal leave to care for members of their immediate family or household who are sick and require care and support or who require care due to an unexpected emergency. The employer and the employee shall agree on the period. In the absence of agreement, the employee is entitled to take up to two days (up to a maximum of 16 hours) of unpaid leave per occasion, provided the requirements of 7.2.5(a) and 7.2.5(b) are met.
