Phase 2 – Program Operations. (Throughout Grant Year)  The department will work to create media opportunities throughout the grant period to call attention to the innovative program strategies and outcomes. Media Requirements  Send all grant-related activity press releases, media advisories, alerts and general public materials to the OTS Public Information Officer (XXX) at xxx@xxx.xx.xxx, with a copy to your OTS Coordinator. The following requirements are for grant-related activities and are different from those regarding any grant kick-off release or announcement.  If an OTS-supplied, template-based press release is used, there is no need for pre-approval, however, the OTS PIO and Coordinator should be copied when at the same time as the release is distributed to the press.  If an OTS-supplied template is not used, or is substantially changed, a draft press release shall be sent to the OTS PIO for approval. Optimum lead-time would be 10 days prior to the release distribution date, but should be no less than 5 working days prior to the release distribution date.  Press releases reporting the immediate and time-valued results of grant activities such as enforcement operations are exempt from the recommended advance approval process, but still should be copied to the OTS XXX and Coordinator when the release is distributed to the press.  Activities such as warrant or probation sweeps and court stings that could be compromised by advanced publicity are exempt from pre-publicity, but are encouraged to offer embargoed media coverage and to report the results.  Use the following standard language in all press, media, and printed materials: Funding for this program was provided by a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety, through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.  Email the OTS XXX at xxx@xxx.xx.xxx and copy your OTS Coordinator at least 30 days in advance, a short description of any significant grant-related traffic safety event or program so OTS has sufficient notice to arrange for attendance and/or participation in the event.  Submit a draft or rough-cut of all printed or recorded material (brochures, posters, scripts, artwork, trailer graphics, etc.) to the OTS XXX at xxx@xxx.xx.xxx and copy your OTS Coordinator for approval 14 days prior to the production or duplication.  Space permitting, include the OTS logo, on grant-funded print materials; consult your OTS Coordinator for specifics and format-appropriate logos.  Contact the OTS PIO or your OTS ...

Media Requirements The following requirements are for all grant-related activities: • Send all media advisories, alerts, videos, graphics, artwork, posters, radio/PSA/video scripts, storyboards, digital and/or print educational materials for grant-related activities to the OTS XXX at xxx@xxx.xx.xxx for approval and copy your OTS coordinator. Optimum lead time would be 7 days before the scheduled release but at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled release date for review and approval is appreciated. • The OTS XXX is responsible for the approval of the design and content of materials. The agency understands OTS PIO approval is not authorizing approval of budget expenditure or cost. Any cost approvals must come from the Coordinator. • Pre-approval is not required when using any OTS-supplied template for media advisories, press releases, social media graphics, videos or posts, or any other OTS-supplied educational material. However, copy the OTS XXX at xxx@xxx.xx.xxx and your OTS coordinator when any material is distributed to the media and public, such as a press release, educational material, or link to social media post. The OTS-supplied kick-off press release templates and any kickoff press releases are an exception to this policy and require prior approval before distribution to the media and public. • If an OTS-supplied template, educational material, social media graphic, post or video is substantially changed, the changes shall be sent to the OTS PIO at xxx@xxx.xx.xxx for approval and copy to your OTS Coordinator. Optimum lead time would be 7 days prior to the scheduled release date, but at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled release date for review and approval is appreciated. • Press releases, social media posts and alerts on platforms such as NextDoor and Nixle reporting immediate and time-sensitive grant activities (e.g. enforcement operations, day of event highlights or announcements, event invites) are exempt from the OTS PIO approval process. The OTS PIO and your Coordinator should still be notified when the grant-related activity is happening (e.g. car seat checks, bicycle rodeos, community presentations, DUI checkpoints, etc.). • Enforcement activities such as warrant and probation sweeps, court stings, etc. that are embargoed or could impact operation...

  • Development Activities The Development activities referred to in item “b” of paragraph 3.1 include: studies and projects of implementation of the Production facilities; drilling and completion of the Producing and injection xxxxx; and installation of equipment and vessels for extraction, collection, Treatment, storage, and transfer of Oil and Gas. The installation referred to in item “c” includes, but is not limited to, offshore platforms, pipelines, Oil and Gas Treatment plants, equipment and facilities for measurement of the inspected Production, wellhead equipment, production pipes, flow lines, tanks, and other facilities exclusively intended for extraction, as well as oil and gas pipelines for Production Outflow and their respective compressor and pumping stations.

  • Development Phase contractual phase initiated with the approval of ANP for the Development Plan and which is extended during the Production Phase while investments in xxxxx, equipment, and facilities for the Production of Oil and Gas according to the Best Practices of the Oil Industry are required.

  • Development Period The Contractor may commence pre-construction activities like utility shifting, boundary wall construction or any other activity assigned to the Contractor by the Authority to enable construction of the Project Highway immediately after signing of the Agreement, to the extent that such work is ready for execution. The Parties agree that these works may be taken up and completed to the extent feasible by the Contractor, before declaration of the Appointed Date, but no claim against the Authority for delay shall survive during this period and that the undertaking of these works by the Contractor shall not count towards the Scheduled Construction Period of the project which starts counting only from the Appointed Date. No construction activity of the Project Highway shall be undertaken during the development period.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Synchronisation Commissioning and Commercial Operation 8.1 The Developer shall provide at least forty (40) days advanced preliminary written notice and at least twenty (20) days advanced final written notice to ESCOM of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Professional Development Program (a) The parties agree to continue a Professional Development Program for the maintenance and development of the faculty members' professional competence and effectiveness. It is agreed that maintenance of currency of subject knowledge, the improvement of performance of faculty duties, and the maintenance and improvement of professional competence, including instructional skills, are the primary professional development activities of faculty members.

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget 1. The Recipient shall prepare and furnish to the Association for its approval, not later than November 30 of each year during the implementation of the Project, an Annual Work Plan and Budget containing all eligible Project activities and expenditures planned for the following FY, including a specification of the source or sources of financing for each contract for eligible expenditures and the percentage of financing of each contract from each such source.
