PILOT QUALIFICATIONS a. Managing Pilot hereby represents and warrants that Managing Pilot (check one) ☐ has completed an ICON approved Initial Sport Pilot training course or ICON approved Transition Pilot training course (each, “ICON Approved Training”) and holds and at all relevant times will hold a valid sport pilot certificate with LSA seaplane endorsement or private pilot certificate (or greater certificate) issued by the FAA and a seaplane rating or LSA seaplane endorsement, or, if applicable, the licenses and endorsements required by the relevant foreign authorities (the “Required Certificates and Endorsements”) or ☐ will complete ICON Approved Training and will hold the Required Certificates and Endorsements prior to flying the Aircraft. b. Owner and Managing Pilot each agree not to permit anyone to fly the Aircraft unless the pilot-in-command for the flight (i) holds a valid sport pilot certificate with an LSA seaplane endorsement or private pilot certificate (or greater certificate)‌ issued by the FAA and a seaplane rating or an LSA seaplane endorsement, (ii) has completed ICON Approved Training, and (iii) meets all FAA recent flight experience and currency requirements. c. Owner will not allow, and will maintain adequate safeguards to prevent, anyone to act as pilot-in-command of the Aircraft unless approved by the Managing Pilot. d. Owner and Managing Pilot each agree not to permit a flight instructor to give flight instruction in the Aircraft unless the instructor is an appropriately rated and current FAA CFI and has completed the ICON Instructor Pilot Course. e. If Managing Pilot is not Owner or an Affiliate of Owner, Managing Pilot may resign as Managing Pilot hereunder at any time by sending written notice to Owner (at the Owner’s address below) and ICON (at xxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx). For the avoidance of doubt, such resignation will not relieve Managing Pilot of any obligations or liabilities under this Operating Agreement with respect to events, acts or omissions occurring prior to such resignation.‌ f. Owner agrees that the Aircraft will not be flown if there is no Managing Pilot. Whenever there is a vacancy in the Managing Pilot position due to resignation under Paragraph 1.e or whenever Owner desires to replace the then-current Managing Pilot, Owner will obtain a new Managing Pilot’s signature to an Acknowledgment and Joinder form obtained from ICON agreeing to be bound by this Operating Agreement as Managing Pilot (a current version of which is attached ...

PILOT QUALIFICATIONS. Pilots shall have the following qualifications: 1. Minimum of fifteen hundred (1500) logged and verifiable flight hours. 2. Minimum of five hundred (500) logged and verifiable hours in aerial application of insecticide to control mosquitoes. 3. Possess and maintain current certification in public health and aerial categories of pest control. 4. In addition to the above certification, copies of commercial pilot’s license with multi-engine rating, first or second class medical certificate, FCC restricted radio operator’s permit and copies of any other documentation required by the FAA, State and local agencies.

PILOT QUALIFICATIONS. Student pilots are prohibited from piloting any aircraft on state business.
PILOT QUALIFICATIONS. At any time that the Operator is operating the Aircraft, Operator agrees to cause the Aircraft to be operated by pilots who are duly qualified under the Federal Aviation Regulations, including, without limitation, with respect to currency and type-rating, whose licenses and certificates are in good standing, and who meet all other requirements established and specified by the FAA and the insurance policies required hereunder.

PILOT QUALIFICATIONS a) Pilots will possess an FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate, FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate, or equivalent certificate from country of registry and appropriate aircraft ratings. b) Pilots will hold a current FAA First or Second Class Medical Certificate. c) Pilots may be required to substantiate Pilot-in-Command time with logbooks. Pilots may also be required to provide documentation of recent line check or flight review status. d) Fixed-wing pilots will have accumulated, as Pilot-in-Command (PIC), the following flight time minimums: i. Pilot-in-Command Airplane -1,000 hours ii. Pilot-in-Command in class to be flown - 100 hours iii. Time in preceding 12 months - 100 hours iv. Cross-country flying - 200 hours v. Flying over typical terrain and conditions - 200 hours vi. Night flying - 50 hours vii. In category and class within 60 days prior to flight -10 hours e) Fixed wing pilots will have instrument ratings for any IFR operation and will meet the requirements of FAR Parts 121, 125 and/or 135 as applicable. f) Single Engine Air Tanker (SEAT) pilots must be rated as Level I or II by the Office of Aircraft Services (OAS), U.S. Department of Interior or provide equivalency. Must have a minimum experience that includes: i. Certified all aircraft -1,500 hours PIC ii. Certified fixed-wing aircraft - 1,200 hours iii. During preceding 12 months - 100 hours PIC iv. In make and model to be flown under this agreement - 25 hours v. During the last 60 days - 10 hours PIC vi. Low level agricultural dispensing operations - 200 hours vii. Typical terrain (hazardous/mountainous) - 200 hours viii. In make and model to be flown each calendar year - 5 hours, including five (5) takeoffs and landings.

Related to PILOT QUALIFICATIONS

  • STAFF QUALIFICATIONS CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all individuals employed, contracted, and/or otherwise hired by CONTRACTOR to provide classroom and/or individualized instruction or related services hold a license, certificate, permit, or other document equivalent to that which staff in a public school are required to hold in the service rendered consistent with Education Code section 56366.1(n)(1) and are qualified pursuant to Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations sections 200.56 and 200.58, and Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations sections 3001(y), 3064 and 3065. Such qualified staff may only provide related services within the scope of their professional license, certification or credential and ethical standards set by each profession, and not assume responsibility or authority for another related services provider or special education teacher’s scope of practice. CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all staff are appropriately credentialed to provide instruction and services to students with the disabling conditions placed in their program/school through documentation provided to the CDE (5 CCR 3064 (a)).

  • Tax Qualification Each Employee Benefit Plan intended to be qualified under Section 401(a) of the Code has been determined to be so qualified by the Internal Revenue Service and nothing has occurred since the date of the last such determination which resulted or is likely to result in the revocation of such determination.

  • REIT Qualification The Company will use its best efforts to continue to meet the requirements for qualification and taxation as a REIT under the Code, subject to any future determination by the Company’s board of directors that it is no longer in the Company’s best interests to qualify as a REIT.
