Position Criteria. Job descriptions and selection criteria (a list of musts and wants defined and weighted for each job description) will be developed for all 2724 positions by December 31, 2007. Where possible, already developed criteria (including musts, scoring guidelines and criteria weights) will be used unless it is agreed that the job has changed significantly. This will be done by a group including the Accountable manager, Human Resources representative and Local 2724 executive member and may include the incumbent or a designate. These descriptions and criteria will be agreed to by consensus between the Company and Local.
