Posting of Temporary Vacancies and Positions of a Temporary Nature i) In the event of a temporary vacancy in excess of eight (8) weeks that the Employer wishes to fill or in the event of the Employer establishing a position of a temporary nature that will exist for more than eight (8) weeks, that vacancy (position #1) will be posted in the normal manner.

  • Temporary Vacancies (a) Vacancies of a temporary nature, which exceed or are expected to exceed three (3) months, shall be posted as per Article 24.1.
