Practice Manager. The term “Practice Manager” means American Consolidated Technologies, a Michigan Partnership, and any successors or assigns.

General client and practice administration; iii. General practice finance administration; iv. Debt recovery; v. Basic activity reporting vi. Administrative support to the Practice Director; and vii. Such other duties within their skill and competence as may be delegated by their Employer from time to time. Reporting Practice Managers will report to the Practice Director. Responsibility Employees employed as Practice Managers will be responsible for the management of reception staff. Ordinarily this will require the supervision of between one to three Employees. Duties A Senior Practice Manager is an Employee who has at least three years’ experience in managing a health care practice or similar small business enterprise. Senior Practice Managers generally only exist in the absence of a Principal and exercise skills and knowledge beyond those of Administrative Employees employed in other classifications. A Senior Practice Manager will: i. Manage the delivery of clinical services to a broad range of clientele without the need for supervision; ii. Generally manage the strategic operations of the Employer’s Practice; iii. Perform the following duties similar to that of a Practice Manager: a. Organisation and operation of practice reception; b. General client and practice administration; c. General practice financial administration; d. General client account administration e. Debt recovery; f. Basic practice activity reporting; g. Administrative support to the Director; and iv. Perform such other duties within their skill and competence which may be ancillary to their role or which may be delegated by the Employer from time to time. Reporting A Senior Practice Manager will be required to report to the Directors of the Employer on overall business unit activity. Responsibility Employees employed as Senior Practice Managers will be responsible for the management of Administrative Employees and where required, Clinical Employees. Duties A Clinical Graduate is an Employee who has completed their physiotherapy or health sciences degree and has commenced employment with the Employment immediately following graduation from university, (i.e. commencing employment in a professional capacity for the first time).
