PRE - PROJECT PHASE. 2.2.1 The Project Manager shall review the program furnished by DEMAXXX xx ascertain the requirements of the Project and shall arrive at a mutual understanding of such requirements with DEMAXXX. 0.2.2 The Project Manager shall provide a preliminary evaluation of DEMAXXX'x xxxgram, schedule and Project budget requirements, each on terms of the other. 2.2.3 Based on previously performed audits and other energy management services criteria prepared by DEMAXXX, xxe Project Manager shall prepare preliminary estimates of Project cost for program requirements using logistical, volume and/or similar conceptual estimating LMCniques. The Project Manager shall provide cost evaluations of alternative materials and systems. 2.2.4 The Project Manager shall expeditiously review design documents during their development and advise on proposed site use and improvements, selection of materials, building systems and equipment, and methods of Project delivery. The Project Manager shall provide recommendations on relative feasibility of Project methods, availability of materials and labor, time requirements for procurement, installation and Project, and factors related to Project cost including, but not limited to costs of alternative designs or materials, preliminary budgets and possible economics of geographic locations plus other productive factors. 2.2.5 The Project Manager shall prepare and periodically update a Project Schedule for DEMAXXX'x xxxiew and DEMAXXX'x xxxeptance. The Project Manager shall obtain DEMAXXX'x xxxroval for the portion of the preliminary Project schedule relating to the performance requirements of PG&E ES energy management services. In the Project Schedule, the Project Manager shall coordinate and integrate the Project Manager's services, and DEMAXXX'x xxxponsibilities with anticipated Project schedules, highlighting critical and long-lead-time items. 2.2.6 As DEMAXXX xxxgresses with the preparation of the Project Documents, the Project Manager shall prepare and update, at appropriate intervals agreed to by DEMAXXX xxx Project Manager, estimates of Project Cost of increasing detail and refinement. The estimated cost of each Contract shall be indicated with supporting detail. Such estimates shall be provided for DEMAXXX'x approval. The Project Manager shall advise DEMAXXX xx it appears that the Project Cost may exceed the latest approved Project budget and make recommendations for corrective action. 2.2.7 The Project Manager shall consult with DEMAXX...

  • Development Phase contractual phase initiated with the approval of ANP for the Development Plan and which is extended during the Production Phase while investments in xxxxx, equipment, and facilities for the Production of Oil and Gas according to the Best Practices of the Oil Industry are required.

  • Project Completion The Contractor agrees to schedule a final job walk with the County. If required, the County will prepare a list of incomplete items, the “Punch List”. The Contractor agrees to complete the “Punch List” corrections and schedule a final project completion job walk. The County will sign the “Punch List” as completed when determined, the project is finished. The Contractor agrees to submit the following along with its final payment request:

  • Project Work PURCHASER shall complete the following projects in accordance with the specifications provided in Exhibits B, C, D, E, and F and written instructions from STATE. Project locations are shown on Exhibit A unless otherwise described. PURCHASER shall furnish all material unless otherwise specified.

  • Project Work Plan The Statement of Work is the formal document incorporated into the Grant. The Project Work Plan documents how the Grantee will achieve the performance measures outlined in the Grant. Changes to the Statement of Work require an amendment. Project Work Plans may be changed with written approval from PEI and the Grantee.

  • Design Development Phase INDICATE IN STATEMENT OF WORK “NOT APPLICABLE” IF SECTION IS NOT APPLICABLE 1.1.6.1. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall prepare from the approved Schematic Design Studies, the Design Development Documents consisting of drawings (including at least architectural, landscaping, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical plans, building sections; and finish schedule), outline specifications following the Construction Specification Institute "CSI" Format and other necessary documents to fix and describe the size and character of the entire Project as to its site, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, materials and other such essentials as may be appropriate, for and until approved by the State. 1.1.6.2. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall conduct meetings with the State, Efficiency Vermont, and relevant members of the design team, to review the Design Development Documents for the purposes of furthering the energy efficiency objectives of the Project. 1.1.6.3. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall prepare for the State a revised accounting of how the Project is responding to LEED criteria. 1.1.6.4. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall submit to the State a revised Statement of Probable Construction Cost based thereon for and until approved by the State.

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Project Cost Overruns In the event that the Recipient determines that the moneys granted pursuant to Section II hereof, together with the Local Subdivision Contribution, are insufficient to pay in full the costs of the Project, the Recipient may make a request for supplemental assistance to its District Committee. The Recipient must demonstrate that such funding is necessary for the completion of the Project and the cost overrun was the result of circumstances beyond the Recipient's control, that it could not have been avoided with the exercise of due care, and that such circumstances could not have been anticipated at the time of the Recipient's initial application. Should the District Committee approve such request the action shall be recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Construction Phase Part 1 –

  • Project Plan Development of Project Plan Upon the Authorized User’s request, the Contractor must develop a Project Plan. This Project Plan may include Implementation personnel, installation timeframes, escalation procedures and an acceptance plan as appropriate for the Services requested. Specific requirements of the plan will be defined in the RFQ. In response to the RFQ, the Contractor must agree to furnish all labor and supervision necessary to successfully perform Services procured from this Lot. Project Plan Document The Contractor will provide to the Authorized User, a Project Plan that may contain the following items: • Name of the Project Manager, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • Names of the Project Team Members, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • A list of Implementation milestones based on the Authorized User’s desired installation date; • A list of responsibilities of the Authorized User during system Implementation; • A list of designated Contractor Authorized Personnel; • Escalation procedures including management personnel contact numbers; • Full and complete documentation of all Implementation work; • Samples of knowledge transfer documentation; and • When applicable, a list of all materials and supplies required to complete the Implementation described in the RFQ. Materials and Supplies Required to Complete Implementation In the event that there are items required to complete an Implementation, the Contractor may request the items be added to its Contract if the items meet the scope of the Contract. Negotiation of Final Project Plan If the Authorized User chooses to require a full Project Plan, the State further reserves the right for Authorized Users to negotiate the final Project Plan with the apparent RFQ awardee. Such negotiation must not substantively change the scope of the RFQ plan, but can alter timeframes or other incidental factors of the final Project Plan. The Authorized User will provide the Contractor a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice of the final negotiation date. The Authorized User reserves the right to move to the next responsible and responsive bidder if Contractor negotiations are unsuccessful.

  • Project Costs Simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement, the Company shall disclose to the Department all of the Project Costs which the Company seeks to include for purposes of determining the limitation of the amount of the Credit pursuant to Section 5-30 of the Act and provide to the Department a Schedule of Project Costs in the form as attached hereto as Exhibit C.
