Prevention Program. Hinge Health will provide a software only program to Participants (no sensors, coaching, or tablet). The Prevention Program is designed to increase education of Participants regarding key strengthening and stretching activities around healthy habits and is made available by Hinge Health at no additional charge provided that the Chronic Program defined in (b) below is offered by Sponsor to Participants.
Prevention Program. Subcontractor shall have a written COVID Prevention Program, which can be incorporated in the IIPP or be stand-alone. The program shall have procedures for: a system for communicating, identification and evaluation of COVID-19 hazards, investigation and responding to COVID-19 hazards in the workplace, correction of COVID-19 hazards, training and instruction, face coverings, other engineering controls, administrative controls and PPE, reporting, recordkeeping, and access, exclusion of COVID- 19 cases, and return to work criteria. Subcontractor shall also comply with XXXXX’x site specific COVID-19 prevention plan including but not limited to: attestation for worksite entry, COVID-19 exposure policy, and COVID- 19 site protocol.
Prevention Program. A set of related activities to reduce risk factors for developing a potentially serious mental illness and to build protective factors. The goal of this Program is to bring about mental health including reduction of the applicable negative outcomes listed in WIC Section 5840, subdivision (d) as a result of untreated mental illness for individuals and members of groups or populations whose risk of developing a serious mental illness is greater than average and, as applicable, their parents, caregivers, and other family members.

Prevention Program. TASI and the United Transportation Union jointly recognize that safety is the paramount concern and, further, that an alcohol and drug free environment is an essential element in maintaining a safe work place, agree to the following to ensure the utmost compliance with Rule G:
Prevention Program. The District agrees to pay classified employees whose work duties required regular onsite presence since the beginning of the pandemic, a one-time stipend of $1,250.00 (one-thousand two-hundred and fifty dollars) in recognition of their working efforts to ensure successful business operations and implementation of COVID-19 safety protocols at the onset of the COVID-19 crisis. Eligible work, in accordance with Section G of the Palomar College Covid-19 Prevention Program, includes the following five duties:
Prevention Program. The District shall provide a one-time total stipend of $400 for all unit members to defray necessary expenses incurred as a result of unit members transitioning to working from home beginning in March of 2020 through May 9, 2021. This stipend shall be payable to unit members who taught a class and/or had a non-instructional assignment during the Spring 2020, Fall 2020, or Spring 2021 semesters. The stipend is intended to cover the remote work expenses of unit members including but not limited to, computers, monitors, wireless headsets, keyboards, scanners, printers, increased internet speed/capacity/bandwidth, phone service and/or data, or other related expenses necessary for working remotely. Unit members shall not be required to submit receipts. The District is not responsible for maintaining, repairing, or replacing remote work equipment. Unit members incurring expenses after this one-time stipend shall not be eligible for additional compensation or reimbursement.
Prevention Program. The prevention program must: • Identify and evaluate employee exposure to health hazards. • Implement appropriate control measures. • Allow adequate time for handwashing and cleaning frequently touched surfaces. • Provide effective training on controlling the spread of COVID-19, including but not limited to sharing the efficacy and importance of vaccinations. • Exclude employees who have COVID-19 symptoms, are not fully vaccinated, and if the employee has a close work-related contact in the workplace, provide information on benefits. • Follow the requirements for testing and notifying LA County Public Health Department in the event of an outbreak (defined as three or more cases in an exposed workgroup in a 14-day period). • Follow the revised protocols in the event of a major outbreak (defined as 20 or more cases within a 30-day period). Those protocols include mandatory face coverings regardless of vaccination status indoors and outdoors when employees are less than six feet from another person. • Notify the local health department immediately but no longer than 48 hours after learning of three or more cases. • Maintain accurate records and track all COVID-19 cases while taking steps to maintain medical privacy. Records must be made available to CSEA with personal identifying information removed.
Prevention Program. Within the T.E.A.L. program, SASC and Family Counseling of Columbus (FCC) staff will be using the Safe Dates curriculum to educate teens. Safe Dates: An Adolescent Dating Abuse Prevention Curriculum is an evidence-based prevention program that helps teens recognize the differences between caring, supportive relationships and controlling, abusive relationships.
