PRIME TIME PART-TIME. A prime time part-time employee shall be an employee who may work no more than twenty (20) hours per week and may be assigned working hours only during the period from 10:00 p.m. on Thursday through 6:00 a.m. on Monday. Prime time part-time employees may be scheduled and assigned on an interchangeable basis between grocery and delicatessen operations. Notwithstanding the provisions of SECTION 2.1, the wage rates payable to prime time part-time employees shall be fixed at the level specified in the applicable scale of wages appearing in Appendix "A." For purposes of assessing the Employers compliance with SECTION 3.1 (ratio), prime time part-time employees do not count as part of the Employer's bargaining unit work force. However, prime time part-time employees may not exceed a maximum of fifteen (15) percent of the Employer's total part-time work force company-wide. In the event of any ambiguities or conflicts between the terms of this section and any other provisions of this agreement, the terms of this section shall control any questions concerning the terms and conditions of employment in the prime time part-time position.

A part-time teacher shall be paid a salary in accordance with the basic salary schedule, proportionate to the percentage of the full-time equivalent taught each day as outlined in the written contract.

  • Part-Time Work An employee who is pregnant or is entitled to parental leave may, by agreement with the employer, reduce the employee’s hours of employment to an agreed extent subject to the following conditions:

  • Permanent Part-Time Employees (1) Pay and benefits will be computed on a prorated monthly or pay period basis, such as one-half (½) monthly or pay period pay for a half-time employee, or pay will be computed on an hourly basis, and pay and benefits will be normally prorated on a pay period, pay status basis. Casual part-time nurses do not have access to the bumping and layoff provisions as per Article 6.04. Should a nurse accept a casual part-time position after retiring from the Region that nurse will not be required to fulfill a probationary period.

  • Report Time Operators shall be paid the following report time for taking trolley coaches or motor buses out of the garage to operate in regular scheduled service and charter runs: Depots: 20 minutes report time up to 11:59 13 minutes report time after 12:00
