PRINTING/DISTRIBUTION OF AGREEMENT. Within thirty (30) days following the ratification and signing of this Agreement by the Association and the District, the District shall print twenty five (25) copies of this Agreement. The Association will accept the Agreement on behalf of the employees and will be responsible for distribution. The cost of printing will be shared equally between the District and the Association. The Agreement shall be published on the District website within thirty (30) days of ratification. The District shall provide newly hired employees with instructions on how to access the Agreement.
PRINTING/DISTRIBUTION OF AGREEMENT. Following the ratification and proofreading of this Agreement, the District shall print this Agreement. The Association shall distribute a copy of this Agreement to each employee. Additional copies shall be provided to the Association and to the District. All employees new to the District shall be provided a copy of the Agreement by the Association upon issuance of their contract, and such Agreement shall be available to all applicants for bargaining unit positions.
PRINTING/DISTRIBUTION OF AGREEMENT. 41.01 Forty-eight (48) hours before a ratification vote by the Teachers, the Employer shall post the text of the terms of the tentative settlement on its website (Insite).
41.02 Following ratification of the tentative settlement, the Employer shall provide enough copies of the Collective Agreement, paid for by the Employer, for each member of OSSTF District 26 Bargaining Unit. The Employer shall provide an additional fifty (50) copies of the settlement to the President of the Bargaining Unit. The Association will accept the Agreement on behalf of the employees, and will be responsible for distribution.
B. All new employees of the District shall be provided a copy of the Agreement by the Association within thirty (30) calendar days of their hire date.

The District shall provide each new employee with a copy of the Agreement. Additional copies shall be provided to the District and the Association. Each certificated individual making employment application shall, upon request, be provided with a copy of the Agreement by the District for his/her examination.
B. There shall be two (2) signed copies of the final Agreement for the purpose of records. One
(1) shall be retained by the District and one (1) by the Association.
C. The Association and the District agree to have the Bargaining Agreement printed in the district print shop. The Association and the District will provide personnel to print, collate and do other necessary tasks. An itemized xxxx including the cost of usage of equipment, materials and the wages of both Association and District personnel will be submitted to both parties who will each pay one half the final cost.
PRINTING/DISTRIBUTION OF AGREEMENT. 43.1 The College will post the Agreement electronically on the College’s website, which will ensure that employees will have electronic access to the Agreement. The College will provide a copy to the Union in an ADA compliant electronic format (Word document). The Union will be responsible for the printing and distribution of the Agreement to shop stewards.
43.2 Employees with disabilities may request an accessible copy of this Agreement. The College and the Union will share the expense of producing such copies, if requested.
