Pro-Rated. The proration calculation shall constitute the total actual University cost for all employee-requested training for the period divided by twenty-four (24) multiplied by the difference of twenty-four (24) and the number of months the employee has worked.
Pro-Rated. Regularly employed part-time employees in the bargaining unit shall be entitled to prorated vacation.
Pro-Rated. An Employee who has successfully completed the six month probationary period working less than full time and who regularly works fourteen (14) hours or more per week would have benefits (e.g. vacation, holiday, sick leave and funeral leave) pro-rated by a percentage of actual hours worked in a pay period divided by eighty (the number of hours worked by a full time employee in a normal pay period).
Pro-Rated. Target Bonus. A lump-sum payment equal to (A) your annual target bonus for the fiscal year in which your Involuntary Termination occurs multiplied by (B) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days between (and including) the start of the year in which your Involuntary Termination occurs and the date of your Involuntary Termination and the denominator of which is 365 (less applicable withholding taxes).
Pro-Rated. All holiday entitlements shall be pro-rated to the normal hours worked as compared to full time employment, for those employees working less than the normal weekly or daily hours.
Pro-Rated. Pro-rated" shall mean the amount of time from the date of the beginning of EMPLOYEE's employment through December 31st. For illustration purposes, an EMPLOYEE who begins their employment on May 1st would have earned ten days of Personal Leave (i.e., 15 Personal Leave Days divided by 12 months = 1.25 days of Personal Leave per month X 8 months (May 1 thru December 31) = ten days). If, however, the EMPLOYEE begins their employment on September 1st, the EMPLOYEE would have earned five days of Personal Leave (i.e., 15 Personal Leave Days divided by 12 months = 1.25 days of Personal Leave per month X 4 months (September thru December) = five days).
Pro-Rated. If a licensed staff member is employed at or reduced to a 1/2- time or greater teaching contract they will be given a full single rate of health care insurance. If a licensed staff member is employed at or reduced to a less than 1/2-time teaching contract, they will be given one-half the single rate of health care insurance.
Pro-Rated. If the Fixed Assessment Period terminates on a date other than the first day of a Tax Year with respect to any particular building or improvement, (i) Developer’s tax liability for the period from the effective termination date through the end of the Tax Year with respect to such building or improvement shall be the supplemental taxes due for such Tax Year as contemplated by Section 2.3 hereof multiplied by the number of days from the day after the termination date through the end of the Tax Year, divided by three-hundred and sixty-five; and (ii) after the termination date, Developer shall begin making installment payments of property taxes at such times as required by applicable law.
Pro-Rated. An employee who is employed after October 5th shall have the appropriate amount of Association dues pro-rated on the basis of the remaining months of employment through August.
Pro-Rated.
