Pro-Rated. The proration calculation shall constitute the total actual University cost for all employee-requested training for the period divided by twenty-four (24) multiplied by the difference of twenty-four (24) and the number of months the employee has worked.

Pro-Rated. An Employee who has successfully completed the six month probationary period working less than full time and who works fourteen (14) hours or more per week would have benefits (e.g. vacation, holiday and sick leave) pro-rated by a percentage of actual hours worked in the preceding calendar quarter divided by the number of hours worked by a full-time Employee in the preceding calendar quarter. For new Employees or those returning from leave of absence the rate will be determined by the previous pay period worked.
Pro-Rated. Target Bonus. A lump-sum payment equal to (A) your annual target bonus for the fiscal year in which your Involuntary Termination occurs multiplied by (B) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days between (and including) the start of the year in which your Involuntary Termination occurs and the date of your Involuntary Termination and the denominator of which is 365 (less applicable withholding taxes).

Pro-Rated. All holiday entitlements shall be pro-rated to the normal hours worked as compared to full time employment, for those employees working less than the normal weekly or daily hours.

Pro-Rated. If the Fixed Assessment Period terminates on a date other than the first day of a Tax Year with respect to any particular building or improvement, (i) Developer’s tax liability for the period from the effective termination date through the end of the Tax Year with respect to such building or improvement shall be the supplemental taxes due for such Tax Year as contemplated by Section 2.3 hereof multiplied by the number of days from the day after the termination date through the end of the Tax Year, divided by three-hundred and sixty-five; and (ii) after the termination date, Developer shall begin making installment payments of property taxes at such times as required by applicable law.
