Process Support Operator. An employee at this level works to the extent of a limited range of tasks and duties as listed below. Employees may be required to undertake training in order to fulfil these tasks and duties. An employee at this level: ▪ applies OH&S practices and environmental protection procedures; ▪ has a basic knowledge of computer-controlled system as it relates to their work; ▪ understands, observes and applies occupational health and safety practices and existing procedures applying in their work at their level of training and can report workplace hazards; ▪ understands and applies existing work procedures and standard operating procedures applying in work area to their level of training; ▪ understands and undertakes basic quality control/assurance procedures and utilises basic statistical process control procedures including the ability to recognise/identify quality variations /deviations/faults; ▪ is capable of following written or verbal instructions and works under direct supervision to the level of training or skills held either individually or in a team environment; ▪ requires a broad knowledge of the enterprise’s production processes and products; ▪ recognises when problem arises and refers appropriately in own work area and is responsible for the quality of his/her own work subject to routine supervision; ▪ exercises discretion within his/her level of skills and training; ▪ assists in the on-the-job training of others up to this level by way of explanation and demonstration in conjunction with skilled operators and supervisor. Duties and Tasks at this level are: ▪ assist with set up of basic machines; ▪ performs elementary routine duties, housekeeping, waste disposal, general labouring and cleaning duties of a repetitive nature; ▪ repetition work on automatic, semi-automatic or single purpose machines or equipment; eg; xxxxxx feeding; ▪ repetitive work of a basic nature such as maintaining simple records and single purpose functions as in manual folding, perforating, stacking, inserting, paging, packing, counting and loading; ▪ pallet truck operation (eg; pallet, disc and reel movement) and operation of non-licensed and in- house licensed materials handling equipment; ▪ reel movement and stripping; ▪ reel stand monitoring; ▪ operates computer controlled system using basic keyboard skills as it relates to their work area; ▪ matching of product against quality standards within own work area; ▪ undertakes duties incidental or peripheral to his/her work.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE 7.01 For purposes of this Agreement, a grievance is defined as a difference arising between the parties relating to the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of the Agreement including any question as to whether a matter is arbitrable.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • Services FASC agrees to provide to the Adviser the services indicated in Exhibit A to this Agreement (the “Services”).

  • Dispute Resolution All or any disputes arising out or touching upon or in relation to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the interpretation and validity of the terms thereof and the respective rights and obligations of the Parties, shall be settled amicably by mutual discussion, failing which the same shall be settled through the adjudicating officer appointed under the Act.

  • BACKGROUND 1.1.   • Procedure If any action is brought against an Underwriter, a Selected Dealer or a Controlling Person in respect of which indemnity may be sought against the Company pursuant to Section 6.1, such Underwriter, such Selected Dealer or Controlling Person, as the case may be, shall promptly notify the Company in writing of the institution of such action and the Company shall assume the defense of such action, including the employment and fees of counsel (subject to the reasonable approval of such Underwriter or such Selected Dealer, as the case may be) and payment of actual expenses. Such Underwriter, such Selected Dealer or Controlling Person shall have the right to employ its or their own counsel in any such case, but the fees and expenses of such counsel shall be at the expense of such Underwriter, such Selected Dealer or Controlling Person unless (i) the employment of such counsel at the expense of the Company shall have been authorized in writing by the Company in connection with the defense of such action, or (ii) the Company shall not have employed counsel to have charge of the defense of such action, or (iii) such indemnified party or parties shall have reasonably concluded that there may be defenses available to it or them which are different from or additional to those available to the Company (in which case the Company shall not have the right to direct the defense of such action on behalf of the indemnified party or parties), in any of which events the reasonable fees and expenses of not more than one additional firm of attorneys selected by such Underwriter (in addition to local counsel), Selected Dealer and/or Controlling Person shall be borne by the Company. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, if any Underwriter, Selected Dealer or Controlling Person shall assume the defense of such action as provided above, the Company shall have the right to approve the terms of any settlement of such action which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Long Service Leave All employees shall be entitled to long service leave in accordance with the relevant State Legislation. The employer will ensure that any registration necessary for the purposes of portable long service schemes will be undertaken.

  • Access Registry Operator will have the file(s) ready for download as of 00:00:00 UTC on the day designated for retrieval by ICANN. The file(s) will be made available for download by SFTP, though ICANN may request other means in the future.
