PROFESSIONAL DUES AND FEES. The Board will provide for applicable Association professional dues and fees to be deducted in twenty (20) installments from their paychecks. Xxxxx will be forwarded to the treasurer of the Association monthly. Individuals may sign up for payroll deduction of professional dues and fees by presentation of signed authorization forms to the Board Treasurer from the membership chairperson of the Association. Such deductions will be made in ten (10) equal installments from November through August annually unless or until the individual submits a written request to discontinue deductions to both the Board and the Association or leaves the employment of the Board. All money so deducted shall be remitted to the treasurer of the Association monthly, accompanied by a list of individuals for whom the deductions were made and amount for each individual. Such list will also indicate any individual who discontinued his/her deductions. Deduction requests shall be accepted after October for new members but shall be prorated to the number of deductions left in the above schedule.
PROFESSIONAL DUES AND FEES. The City shall budget and pay or reimburse employees for certain professional dues, fees, and costs of the employee necessary for his/her continuation and full participation or membership in state, regional, and local associations or organizations necessary for him/her professional participation, growth and development and for the good of the City.
PROFESSIONAL DUES AND FEES. 4.1 Any Member who is a Member of SMEEA or who has applied for membership may sign and deliver to the District an assignment authorizing deductions of unified membership dues, initiation fees, and general assessments in the Association. Such authorization shall continue in effect from year to year unless revoked in writing within thirty (30) days prior to the conclusion of the Member’s contract year. Pursuant to such authorization, the District shall deduct one-tenth (1/10) of such dues from the regular salary check of the Member each month for ten (10) months. Deductions for Members who sign such authorization after the commencement of the school year shall be appropriately prorated to complete payments by the end of the year. 4.2 With respect to all sums deducted by the District pursuant to the authorization of the Member, whether for membership dues or equivalent fees, the District agrees to remit such monies to the Association accompanied by an alphabetical list of teachers for whom such deductions have been made indicating any changes in personnel from the list previously listed. 4.3 The Association agrees to furnish any information needed by the District to fulfill the provisions of this Article. 4.4 Upon appropriate written authorization from the Member, the District shall deduct from the salary of any Member and make appropriate remittance for annuities, credit unions, savings bonds, charitable donations, or any other plans or programs approved by the District.

PROFESSIONAL DUES AND FEES. A. Dues and Fees Deduction Authorized: The Board agrees to deduct in no more than eight installments from the salaries of all teachers such monies for annual membership in the Unified Teaching Profession (Whitefish Education Association, plus the MEA-MFT MFPE and its affiliates) as said persons individually authorize the Board to deduct as provided by law. Each employee who elects not to become an Association member shall pay to the Association, as a condition of employment, an amount no greater than the unified membership dues, the actual amount to be determined by the Association consistent with applicable laws and court decisions. The Association will provide the District with written notice of the amount of the representation fee. Each individual employment contract will contain this authorization for payroll deduction of the representation fee, which will be handled in the same manner as dues deductions: “ I hereby authorize and direct the District to deduct from my monthly paycheck such monies as are required to pay the B.
