Programme Implementation Manual (PIM). The Programme shall be implemented in accordance with the approved AWPB and the PIM, the terms of which shall be adopted by the lead Programme agency subject to the Fund` s prior approval. The PIM shall include, among other things; (i) terms of reference, implementation responsibilities and appointment modalities of all Programme staff and consultants; (ii) Programme operating manuals and procedures; (iii) monitoring and evaluation systems and procedures; (iv) a detailed description of implementation arrangements for each programme component; (v) terms of references and modalities for the selection of the service providers, to be based on transparent and competitive processes; (vi) detailed modalities of the sub-programmes; (vii) financial management and reporting arrangements including accounting, approval of payments, financial reporting, internal controls, fixed asset management, as well as internal and external audit; and (viii) the good governance and anti-corruption framework.

Programme Implementation Manual (PIM). The PSC shall request the PCU to prepare a consolidated draft PIM acceptable to the Fund. The PIM may be amended or otherwise modified from time to time only with the prior consent of the Fund. The draft PIM shall include, among other things: (a) Terms of reference and implementation responsibilities of Programme staff, consultants and other service providers; (b) A model memorandum of understanding to be concluded with each Programme Party such as the WU and the Commune People’s Committee which shall provide inter alia; the role and implementation responsibilities of the Programme Party, the channelling of Programme funds and the reporting of information related to the implementation of the Programme activities; (c) The eligibility and selection criteria for the proposals to be financed under the infrastructure investment development under sub-component 2.1 and a competitive small grants manual which shall form an integral part of the PIM; (d) The eligibility and selection criteria for the establishment of common interest groups under sub-component 2.1; (e) The eligibility and selection criteria as well as the operational modalities of the Public-Private Partnership Facility; (f) Programme operational, financial and procurement procedures, an accounting software for bookkeeping and reporting, participatory planning, implementation and monitoring procedures; and (g) M&E system and procedures.
Programme Implementation Manual (PIM). The Borrower shall carry out the Programme also in accordance with the PIM. The Borrower will finalize the development of the PIM for the Fund’s consideration and approval. The PIM will include: (a) Programme framework and strategies for target groups; (b) Programme governance structure and institutional arrangements and responsibilities of Lead Agency and PCMU, Implementing Agencies and partners; (c) detailed implementation modalities for Component 1 (Building capacity of institutions and clients), Component 2 (Improving regulation, supervision and institutional discipline), Component 3 (Facilitating funds flow and diversification of businesses); and, Component 4 (Programme management); and,

The PIM shall include, among other things: (i) terms of reference, implementation responsibilities and appointment modalities of all Programme staff and consultants; (ii) Programme operating manuals and procedures; (iii) monitoring and evaluation systems and procedures; (iv) a detailed description of implementation arrangements for each Programme component with special reference to the ESMF/ RAF and the ESIAs/RAPs that will be required; (v) modalities for the selection of service providers to be based on transparent and competitive processes; (vi) financial management and reporting arrangements including accounting, approval of payments, financial reporting, internal controls, fixed asset management, as well as internal and external audit; and (vii) the good governance and anti-corruption framework.
Programme Implementation Manual (PIM). The PMU shall prepare a PIM to be approved by the Fund. The Implementation Manual shall include, among other things: (i) eligibility criteria for communities, economic organizations and beneficiaries; (ii) mechanisms for selecting communities and economic organizations; (iii) guidelines for the design of development plans and working and business plans; (iv) detailed procedures regarding formulation, assessment and approval of development plans and working and businesses plans; (v) rules for accessing to financial support for productive investment; (vi) monitoring and accounting of funds transferred to organizations for productive investments; (vii) management and procurement procedures; (viii) guidance for implementation of each component, and (ix) composition of TMU and PMU. The PMU shall adopt the PIM substantially in the form agreed with the Fund and may make amendments thereto from time to time, in agreement with the Fund. The Borrower shall cause the Programme to be carried out in accordance with the PIM. In case of any discrepancies between the provisions of the PIM and those of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.

  • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

  • Project Manual A bound manual prepared by the Design Professional. It includes the Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, the Bid Form, the Specifications, the General Conditions and Supplementary General Conditions.

  • Implementation Report Within 150 days after the Effective Date, Ensign Group shall submit a written report to OIG summarizing the status of its implementation of the requirements of this CIA (Implementation Report). The Implementation Report shall, at a minimum, include: 1. the name, address, phone number, and position description of the Compliance Officer required by Section III.A, and a summary of other noncompliance job responsibilities the Compliance Officer may have; 2. the names and positions of the members of the Compliance Committee required by Section III.A; 3. the names and positions of the members of the Board of Directors who are responsible for satisfying the Board of Directors compliance obligations described in Section III.A.3; 4. a copy of Ensign Group’s Code of Conduct required by Section III.B.1; 5. the number of individuals required to complete the Code of Conduct certification required by Section III.B.1, the percentage of individuals who have completed such certification, and an explanation of any exceptions (the documentation supporting this information shall be available to OIG upon request); 6. a summary of all Policies and Procedures required by Section III.B (copies of the Policies and Procedures shall be made available to OIG upon request); 7. the following information regarding each type of training required by Section III.C: a. a description of such training, including a summary of the topics covered, the length of sessions, and a schedule of training sessions; b. the number of individuals required to be trained, percentage of individuals actually trained, and an explanation of any exceptions. A copy of all training materials and the documentation supporting this information shall be made available to OIG upon request. 8. a description of the Disclosure Program required by Section III.E; 9. the following information regarding the IRO(s): (a) identity, address, and phone number; (b) a copy of the engagement letter; (c) information to demonstrate that the IRO has the qualifications outlined in Appendix A to this CIA; (d) a summary and description of any and all current and prior engagements and agreements between Ensign Group and the IRO; and (e) a certification from the IRO regarding its professional independence and objectivity with respect to Ensign Group; 10. a description of the process by which Ensign Group fulfills the requirements of Section III.F regarding Ineligible Persons; 11. a list of all of Ensign Group’s locations (including locations and mailing addresses); the corresponding name under which each location is doing business; the corresponding phone numbers and fax numbers; each location’s Medicare and state Medicaid program provider number and/or supplier number(s); and the name and address of each Medicare and state Medicaid program contractor to which Ensign Group currently submits claims; 12. a description of Ensign Group’s corporate structure, including identification of any parent and sister companies, subsidiaries, and their respective lines of business; and

  • Implementation Plan The Authority shall cause to be prepared an Implementation Plan meeting the requirements of Public Utilities Code Section 366.2 and any applicable Public Utilities Commission regulations as soon after the Effective Date as reasonably practicable. The Implementation Plan shall not be filed with the Public Utilities Commission until it is approved by the Board in the manner provided by Section 4.9.

  • Implementation Services Vendor shall provide the Implementation Services, if any, described in Exhibit A. The Services Fees for any Implementation Services shall be described in Exhibit A.

  • Maintenance Manual No later than 60 (sixty) days prior to the Project Completion Date, the Contractor shall, in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer, evolve a maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Project Highway in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, safety requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority’s Engineer. The Authority’s Engineer shall review the Maintenance Manual within 15 (fifteen) days of its receipt and communicate its comments to the Contractor for necessary modifications, if any.

  • Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications Prior to the Commercial Operation Date, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall test the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades and Developer shall test the Large Generating Facility and the Developer Attachment Facilities to ensure their safe and reliable operation. Similar testing may be required after initial operation. Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each make any modifications to its facilities that are found to be necessary as a result of such testing. Developer shall bear the cost of all such testing and modifications. Developer shall generate test energy at the Large Generating Facility only if it has arranged for the injection of such test energy in accordance with NYISO procedures.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Post-Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications Each Party shall at its own expense perform routine inspection and testing of its facilities and equipment in accordance with Good Utility Practice as may be necessary to ensure the continued interconnection of the Large Generating Facility with the Participating TO’s Transmission System in a safe and reliable manner. Each Party shall have the right, upon advance written notice, to require reasonable additional testing of the other Party’s facilities, at the requesting Party’s expense, as may be in accordance with Good Utility Practice.
