Protective Equipment and Clothing.  The Contractor supplies his own personal protective equipment necessary to carry out the works and the Contractor shall ensure that all overalls for his staff have clearly identifying company LOGO's  The Contractor is also responsible to inspect and maintain such equipment as required in terms of the OHS Act and local procedures.
