Communication and Publicity. 1. Each project partner will implement a communication and dissemination plan that ensures adequate promotion of the project and its results towards potential target groups, project stakeholders and the general public in compliance with the Annex XII (2.2) of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013, the subsidy contract (Article 12) and the programme manual. 2. Unless differently required by the managing authority, any notice or publication in relation to the project, made in any form and by any means, including the Internet, must state that it only reflects the author's views and that the programme authorities are not liable for any use that may be made of the information contained therein. 3. Each project partner agrees that the programme authorities shall be authorised to publish, in any form and by any means, including the Internet, the following information: a. the name and contact details of the lead partner and of the project partners, b. the project name, c. a summary of the project activities, d. the objectives of the project and the subsidy, e. the project start and end date, f. the amount of the subsidy and the total budget of the project, g. the geographical location of the project implementation, h. progress reports including the final report

Communication and Publicity. (a) Promptly after the Effective Date, the parties may announce the establishment of the Collaboration under this Agreement and its key terms in a mutually agreed press release issued simultaneously by both parties. Subject to the further provisions of this Section, no party shall originate any subsequent written publicity, news release, or other announcement relating to this Agreement or to performance hereunder or the existence of an arrangement between the parties (collectively, "Written Disclosure"), without the prior prompt review and written approval of the other. Once specific information has been approved for disclosure, that information may be reiterated in any subsequent Written Disclosure without further approval. (b) Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Article 9, any party may make any public Written Disclosure it believes in good faith based upon the advice of counsel is required by applicable law or any listing or trading agreement concerning its publicly traded securities, provided that prior to making such Written Disclosure, the disclosing party shall provide the other party with a copy of the materials proposed to be disclosed and provide such party with an opportunity to review and comment on the proposed Written Disclosure. (c) The terms of this Agreement may be disclosed to Third Parties so long as such disclosure is made under a binder of confidentiality and so long as material financial terms are not disclosed.
Communication and Publicity. (1) The project partners shall implement the communication and publicity measures in accordance with the project application and European Commission rules on information and publicity. They shall play an active role in any actions organised to disseminate the results of the project. Any public relations measure shall be co-ordinated by the Lead Partner. (2) Each project partner shall point out in the framework of any public relations measures that the project has received funding from the European Union.
Communication and Publicity. 14.1 Details of all activities will be promoted on the Space website, (xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx/), partner websites and through other marketing opportunities as identified, under the Space brand to maximise the positive activities on offer to young people across Staffordshire. 14.2 All Space branding opportunities will be maximised by the Service Provider in line with the Space Communication Pack provided in Appendix Number Space 2 in the Table on page 3. 14.3 The Service Provider agrees to participate in all reasonable positive publicity as defined by the SCO and in line with the Space Communication Pack provided in Appendix Number Space 2 in the Table on page 3. 14.4 Parents / Guardians / Carers of all young people participating in the Space programme will be advised through the Space website that photographic images / film footage and comments will be sought of / from young people in order to promote the Space programme. Should a Parent / Guardian / Carer choose for their child / children not to be featured, the Service Provider will be responsible for ensuring compliance with such request(s). 14.5 It is the responsibility of the Service Provider to obtain and maintain documented Parent / Guardian / Carer written and signed consent for all photographic images / film footage and comments sought of / from young people as a result of involvement in the Space programme through use of Space 7 (unless the youngster is aged 13 years or over in which case, personal consent can be given). Such consent must be retained securely by the Service Provider for a period of no longer than 7 years and a copy of which must be provided to the SCO when submitting imagery / comments to support / promote the Space programme or upon request. 14.6 In the event that a Data Subject Access Request including parents/guardians/carers withdraws consent and/or requests the removal of photographic images/film footage the Service Provider shall notify the SCO and ensure the removal of photographic/film footage. 14.7 The Service Provider must procure that Parents / Guardians / Carers of all young people participating in the Space programme will provide to the Service Provider details of an emergency contact and will be advised through the Space website that in the event of accident or incident, first aid will be administered in the event of need.
Communication and Publicity. (a) The structures, authorities and bodies of the management and control systems as defined in Articles 6 – 8 of the Framework Agreement shall adopt the necessary procedures to ensure that every change in the Community’s regulations, in particular changes in rates of aid or terms and conditions for the grant of aid, are recorded and the instructions, databases and checklists updated in good time. (b) Any proposed changes in the management and control system's paying and implementing arrangements after their accreditation and conferral of management shall be submitted to the competent national authority(ies) and the Commission, with copy to the Audit Authority, for examination and approval in advance of their implementation. (c) The IPARD Agency shall ensure that adequate publicity is given to the availability of support, while the Managing Authority shall monitor and guarantee in this respect the compliance with the obligations concerning publicity. This publicity shall make reference to Community co-financing and be directed towards all potential project managers and operators so as to obtain as wide as possible a selection of potential project managers and operators. Standard application forms with clear guidelines for completion and conditions for eligibility shall be drawn up in advance of the launch of the scheme. No charges shall be imposed on potential final beneficiaries or on final beneficiaries for information, including application forms, relating to the IPARD Programme. This provision is without prejudice to the application of charges levied generally in the rest of the economy.
Communication and Publicity. 12.1 The project beneficiaries shall implement the communication and publicity measures in accordance with the project application and Article 115 and Xxxxx XXX of Regulation (EU) 1303/2013 EU Regulation on information and publicity measures to be carried out by the Member States concerning co-financing from the ESI Funds. They shall play an active role in any actions organised to disseminate the results of the project. The Lead Beneficiary will coordinate the public relations measures for the project. 12.2 Each project beneficiary shall point out in the framework of any public relations measures that the project was implemented through financial co-financing from the Cooperation Programme.

Particular attention shall be paid by beneficiaries to the visibility of the EU funding: any communication or publication related to EUI-IA projects made by beneficiaries, including at conferences, seminars or in any information or promotional materials, shall indicate European Union support and shall display the European Union emblem. When displayed in association with another logo, the European Union emblem must have appropriate prominence. 2. The Project Partners shall produce their communication material for local stakeholders and citizens in their own language. 3. Unless differently required by the Entrusted Entity, any notice or publication in relation to the project, made in any form and by any means, including the Internet, must state that it only reflects the author's views and that the Initiative Authorities are not liable for any use that may be made of the information contained therein. 4. Each Project Partner agrees that the Initiative Authorities shall be authorised to publish, in any form and by any means, including the Internet, the following information: ▪ the name and contact details of the Main Urban Authority and of the Project Partners, ▪ the project title, ▪ a summary of the project activities, ▪ the objectives of the project and the subsidy, ▪ the project start and end date, ▪ the amount of the subsidy and the total budget of the project, ▪ the geographical location of the project implementation,

Communication and Publicity. 1. Any notice of publication by the project, including at a conference or a seminar, must specify that the project has received a subsidy from the programme funds, in compliance with the requirements set in the Programme Manual. In any public material used to promote or disseminate the project activities whether printed or electronically available the use of the programme logo and the EU emblem (flag) together with reference to the EU and ERDF is mandatory as set out in the Programme Manual. 2. The JS/MA shall be authorised to publish, in whatever form and on or by whatever medium, including the internet, at least the following information: • the name of the LP and its PP(s); • the purpose of the subsidy; • the total project budget and ERDF funding; • the geographical location of the project; • the information of the Project Reports and the Final Report. The LP is obliged to inform the JS/MA on possible sensitive/confidential (e.g. business or personnel related) issues that cannot be published in programme newsletters and website. 3. The LP and each PP is obliged to ensure that at least basic information about the project (aims, partners, amount of funding and its source, description of activities) is available on the internet during project implementation. Once the project has ended this information must include the main results and outputs available for dissemination. All project partner organizations must display in their premises at least one information poster (minimum size A3) informing about the project and the received EU funding. 4. The full obligations and rules on communication and publicity are provided in the Programme Manual.

Communication and Publicity. 14.1 The Lead beneficiary and all the partners of the project represented by the Lead beneficiary undertake to apply the communication and publicity measures in compliance with the regulations of the European Commission, the Communication Plan of the Operational Programme and what is the stipulated in the approved application form. 14.2 The Lead beneficiary and all the partners of the project represented by the Lead beneficiary accept that the results of the project shall be available to the public. They also accept to play an active role in the organisation of activities, in order to capitalise, disseminate and enhance the results of the project. 14.3 The Lead beneficiary and all the partners of the project represented by the Lead beneficiary, undertake to mention in all the communication and publication activities that the project was implemented with the financial support of the funds of the Programme. The mention “Co-financed with the support of the European Union ERDF – Atlantic Area Programme” shall appear, as well as the European Union flag, the logotype of the Programme and the Programme’s slogan “Investing in our common future”. 14.4 The Managing Authority is authorised to publish, in any form and format, information concerning the operation, namely and among others: the application form, the name of the Lead beneficiary and partners, the title, the geographical location, the cost of the operation and the amount of the funding, state of implementation and other pertinent information.
