QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS. Contractor’s Junior Help Desk/Call Center Technician (JHD/CCT) must have the following Certifications:
a. A+ Certified Hardware Technician.
b. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) Certification for Windows XP or Windows 7.
c. College Degree (AA or AS).
d. Proficient in all Microsoft programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Microsoft Outlook (2007 and older versions). Note: Copies of certifications for A+ Certified Hardware Technician, MCSE for (Windows XP or Windows 7), and college degree must be available for review by County.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS. Education: Completion of secondary school, but preferably a university degree. Additional certificates/training in Business Administration, Secretarial Work, Translation or related field is an advantage Experience: 3 years relevant experience with High School Diploma; or 2 years relevant work experience with Bachelor or equivalent or higher. Nationality: Non-Indonesian citizen (all nationalities other than Indonesian) with valid passport Languages: Fluency in English and the required language. Fluency in Arabic and/or Pushtu are desirable. Desirable Skills: Good written and oral communication skills; Excellent translation skills into English; Computer literacy; Strong interpersonal skills (ability to work in a team and to handle stress); ability to establish and maintain good working relations with people of different national and cultural backgrounds.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS. (1) Lieutenant: Certification by an accredited entity to the applicable edition of NFPA 1021 Standard for Fire Officer Professional Qualifications, Level I.
(2) Captain: Qualified to Lieutenant Level plus certification by an accredited entity to the applicable edition of NFPA 1021 Standard for Fire Officer Professional Qualifications, Level II.
(3) Evaluation: Must maintain a reasonable and consistent yearly appraisal of overall satisfactory performance as conducted by a Chief Officer and/or a Company Officer.
(1) Prerequisite: Completion of NFPA 1031, Level I and II, and NFPA 1033 Level I.
