Qualified Bilingual Bonus Status. Within 180 days of Board of Supervisorsapproval of this MOU, the Labor Management Transformation Committee agrees to convene a Work Group to discuss the creation and implementation of a two tiered “medically” qualified bilingual bonus for Department of Health Services’ employees providing cultural and linguistic appropriate services. Should all parties comprising said Work Group reach a consensus, the County agrees to present to the Chief Executive Officer for implementation. ARTICLE 42 DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH HEALTHCARE REFORM & INTEGRATION The Department of Mental Health and Local 721 are committed to a collaborative joint labor-management approach to establishing and improving ways of improving services provided by the department. Topics for discussion include, but are not limited to: • Improving quality of care; • Improving consumer satisfaction; • Patient and employee safety; • Preparing for transitions in technology on workforce and new health care legislation; • Achieving operational efficiencies and enhancing productivity; • Generating new and increased revenue; • Impact of healthcare reform and integration on employees. • Health Agency Integration • LMTC Partnership Coordination • Care Improvement teams (CIT’s) • DMH Policy review To achieve these goals the parties, agree to the following: Local 721 and the Department of Mental Health will continue a labor-management DMH Healthcare Reform and Integration Committee to review the departmental changes resulting from health care reform and Integration and make recommendations to the Department of Mental Health (DMH) management. The committee’s mission is to review the impact on employees resulting from the department’s healthcare reform plan and Integration, and to develop recommendations to management regarding employee impact. In order to make meetings effective DMH management will notify Local 721 of any proposed changes to DMH services regarding Healthcare Reform and Integration. The committee will have ten (10) Local 721 employee representatives. Management team will include CEO representation. By mutual agreement, guests may attend to discuss specific subjects. The committee will meet once a month, at a time and place to be determined by the committee. The committee will develop and implement the LMTC (Labor Management Partnership Council) coordination with DMH.   • Eligible Population 5.1 Program eligibility is determined by applicable law set forth in Program rules and the requirements established in the Program Policy Manual. 5.2 The unduplicated number of Clients for PHC services is 430. This represents the Grantee’s projected number of unduplicated Clients to be served during the Contract period. If during the Contract period it is foreseen that the Grantee might be unable to serve the contracted number of children, HHSC may reduce the Grantee’s grant award amount.

  • Annual Bonus Opportunity Your annual target bonus opportunity following the Effective Date will be 50% of your annual base salary (the “Target Bonus”). The Target Bonus shall be subject to review and may be adjusted based upon the Company’s normal performance review practices. Your actual bonuses shall be based upon achievement of performance objectives to be determined by the Board in its sole and absolute discretion. Bonuses will be paid as soon as practicable after the Board determines that such bonuses have been earned, but in no event will a bonus be paid to you after the later of (i) the fifteenth (15th) day of the third (3rd) month following the close of the Company’s fiscal year in which such bonus is earned or (ii) March 15 following the calendar year in which such bonus is earned.

  • Annual Bonus In addition to Annual Base Salary, Executive shall be awarded, for each fiscal year ending during the Employment Period, an annual bonus (the “Annual Bonus”) in cash at least equal to Executive’s highest annual bonus for the last three full fiscal years prior to the Effective Date (annualized in the event that Executive was not employed by the Company for the whole of such fiscal year).
