Part-time recent and related experience shall be recognized on the basis of each two (2) years of part-time experience shall equal 1 increment on the grid. It shall be the responsibility of a newly hired employee to provide reasonable proof of recent and related experience in order to be considered for a salary increment. No increment will be applied until the Employer has received reasonable proof of entitlement (i.e., Letter of Employment, XXX, pay stubs, T4, etc.). The resulting rate will not come into effect until the first full pay period following the date on which the employee provided such proof. If she fails to do so within six months of the date of hire, she shall not be entitled to recognition.

  • RECOGNITION OUTCOMES The receiving institution commits to provide the sending institution and the student with a Transcript of Records within a period stipulated in the inter-institutional agreement and normally not longer than five weeks after publication/proclamation of the student’s results at the receiving institution. The Transcript of Records from the receiving institution will contain at least the minimum information requested in this Learning Agreement template. Table E (or the representation that the institution makes of it) will include all the educational components agreed in table A and, if there were changes to the study programme abroad, in table C. For the purpose of this section, continuous recent experience as a registered nurse shall be defined as clinical nursing experience in an accredited hospital or skilled nursing facility (including temporary employment with an employer) without a break in nursing experience that would reduce the level of nursing skills in the opinion of the Employer.
