Representatives Training Course. Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant reasonable leave without pay to employees who exercise the authority of a representative on behalf of the Union to undertake training related to the duties of a representative.
Representatives Training Course. Subject to operational requirements the Employer will grant reasonable leave without pay to a maximum of two (2) employees who have been appointed as Representatives on behalf of the Union to undertake training related to the duties of a representative. Leave for such purposes will not be unreasonably denied.

Upon invoice by the Employer, the Union shall reimburse the Employer for all amounts so paid, including the Employer’s share of Employment and Canada Pension Plan premiums and other benefits of a direct cost to the Employer.

Time off for Representatives A Representative shall inform his immediate supervisor before leaving his work to investigate a grievance, to meet with local management for the purpose of dealing with grievances and to attend meetings called by management.
