Responsibility Days. 1. For the 2016-2017 school year each full-time teacher will be allocated up to 9 days of per diem responsibility pay (2 of these days will sunset with the 2016- 2017 school year).
Responsibility Days. In the previous contract members were paid seven Responsibility days. The District and the PEA have agreed to roll these paid days into the base salary for the term of this contract. Responsibility Days. 24 In addition to the (LID) days, if established by the legislature, each certificated employee will be 25 compensated for professional work that is beyond their normal contracted day to be known as responsibility 26 days. One additional responsibility day 27 will granted from proceeds of the current Maintenance and Operations Levy. 29 The employee will be issued a supplemental contract for adhering to professional activities, which are 30 directly related to their instructional assignment in an effort to enhance student academic achievement, 31 beyond the scope of responsibilities outlined in this contract. These responsibility duties may include and 32 are not limited to curriculum development, parent communication, non-stipend extra-curricular activities, 33 professional development, open house, and meetings that are beyond the normal work hours.

  • Responsibility Pay (a) An employee who is designated in writing to relieve the Director of Care, shall be paid ten dollars ($10.00) per shift for each shift so worked, in addition to her regular rate of pay.

  • Responsibility for Payment The Company shall not be responsible for the payment of time used by an employee in the investigation and settlement of a grievance.

  • Responsibility for Related Parties 31.4.1 The Provider will be responsible as against the Department for the acts or omissions of the Provider Related Parties as if they were the acts or omissions of the Provider and the Department will be responsible as against the Provider for the acts or omissions of Department Related Parties as if they were the acts or omissions of the Department.

  • Responsibility for Loss In the event the Computer is lost or stolen, the Student and Parent may be billed the full cost of replacement.

  • Payment Responsibility The payment obligations of each Participating Manufacturer pursuant to this Agreement shall be the several responsibility only of that Participating Manufacturer. Provided, however, that no provision of this Agreement shall waive or excuse liability under any state or federal fraudulent conveyance or fraudulent transfer law. Any Participating Manufacturer whose Market Share (or Relative Market Share) in any given year equals zero shall have no payment obligations under this Agreement in the succeeding year.
