Rights of Party B Sample Clauses

Rights of Party B. (1) Party B has the exclusive rights to pipe gas business in the franchise region. (2) Party B has the rights to invest and develop pipe gas in the franchise region. (3) Party B has the rights to ensure the safe operation of gas pipeline network. (4) Party B has the rights to refuse supplying gas to users whose pipe gas facilities can not meet national safety technical standards and have potential safety hazards, or users who severely violate gas supply contracts or use gas illegally. (5) Other rights given by laws, regulations and this Agreement.
Rights of Party B. 1. Party B shall have the right to use the “Xiniya” trademark authorized by Party A. 2. Party B shall inform Party A of any act counterfeiting or infringing the “Xiniya” trademark and cooperate with Party A in dealing with such act to protect the image of Xiniya brand. 3. Party B shall have the right to develop the operation network for Xiniya brand within the Territory, and shall plan and carry out various promotional activities in its business operation. 4. Party B shall have the right to distribute and advertise the Xiniya Products in the Territory, and obtain reasonable support from Party A. 5. Party B shall have the right to check the Products on each day it receives the Products. 6. Party B shall have the right to make proposal to Party A in respect of any amendment to the operation management policy of Party A.
Rights of Party B. (1) Party B is entitled to the service charge agreed upon under this Agreement; (2) Right to provide the same or similar service to a third party, on the condition that Party B continues to provide the same service agreed upon under this Agreement.
Rights of Party B a) Right of being legally paid for labor services rendered; b) Right of rest; c) Right of acquirement of insurance and welfarism treatment, promotion reward, labor security and sanitation protection, and professional technology and skill training. d) Right of submission of labor disputes for settlement; e) In case that relevant authorities has confirmed that the labor security and sanitary conditions are so bad as to do xxxxx to the health of staffs, and Party A dose not adopt any necessary measure to make improvement in this regard, Party B has the right to refuse the works arranged and offered by Party A. f) In case that this labor contract is terminated in accordance with the laws, rules or regulations, Party B shall be entitled to be provided with a lump sum economic compensation and other indemnifications for medical expenses, etc. g) Other rights as may be described by laws, rules and regulations; h) Subject to any of the following circumstances, Party B may notify Party A of the termination of this contract: i. Within the probation period; ii. Party A forces Party B to perform labor through force, threat or illegal restriction on Party B's personal freedom; iii. Party A fails to pay labor compensation or provide work conditions as set forth herein; Except for the provision h) of Article 2) of this Article 5, Party B shall give 30 day’s prior notice to Party A in writing in case that Party B intends to terminate this contract pursuant to relevant provisions herein.
Rights of Party B. (a) Party B shall be entitled to determine the pricing of its services under Party A's guidance. (b) Party B shall be entitled to obtain statistical data regarding customer visits to the Party B's information and application service contents through the network platform. (c) Without Party B's consent or written authorization, Party A shall not transfer, release or resell any information products provided by Party B to any third party unrelated to this Agreement by any means. (d) Party B shall be entitled to receive a reasonable share of the business revenue. See Section 6 of this Agreement for detailed revenue sharing. (e) In case of significant discrepancy between the statistics of Party A and Party B, Party B is entitled to check details together with Party A for verification, the details of which are set forth in Chapter 6 of the "Monternet(TM) SP Cooperation Administrative Measures, MMS Business Handbook".
Rights of Party B. 2.4.1 Party B has the right to request the provision by Party A of the interface specifications and relevant technical protocol standards of the MMS center, and shall have the right to request the coordination of Party A so as to ensure that Party B is able to provide the service to the users of Party A. 2.4.2 Party B may, according to the business development conditions, request Party A to adjust the flow limits of the interface if the system capacity of Party A is permissible. 2.4.3 Party B has the right to regularly open new businesses or change the existing businesses in accordance with this Agreement and the Monternet cooperative management rules, and set the information fee suitable to each type of the business hereunder. 2.4.4 Party B has the right to be informed of the information internally formulated and officially released by Party A that may directly affect the business development of Party B, except for national secrets or information related to the trade secrets of Party A. 2.4.5 If Party B needs the coordination of Party A in dealing with users complaints, it shall have the right to request the coordination of Party A. 2.4.6 Party B shall have the right to request Party A to provide billing and charging services for the cooperative business hereunder.
Rights of Party B. 4.2.1 Party B may choose to provide nationwide services on WAP primary website of Party A or local service on local websites of Party A, provided that Party B shall apply to Party A for nationwide services, and apply to the local branch of Party A for local services. However, Party A shall not support the financial settlement of local services provided by Party B on local websites of Party A, in which case Party B shall enter into separate agreement with local branches of Party A for settlement. 4.2.2 The service scope of Party B shall comply with the term and regional scope as stipulated by its valued added telecom service license. 4.2.3 As instructed by Party A, Party B is entitled to determine whether to charge any premium and the premium standard. 4.2.4 Party B is entitled to collect the statistic data about the users access of Party B’s information and application service contents via the network platform. 4.2.5 Without the approval or written authorization of Party B, Party A shall not transfer, disclose or sell the information products and authorization of Party B to any third party other than the parties hereunder in any manner. 4.2.6 Party B is entitled to get the reasonable part of the business revenue (specific revenue sharing model set in article 6 hereto). 4.2.7 In case of relatively great gap between the statistic data of Party A and Party B, Party B is entitled to claim detailed bills from Party A for checking.
Rights of Party B. 1. Party B shall be fully responsible for employment of administrators and operation personnel and their management, as well as assessment management and rewards and punishment of operation personnel. 2. Party B has right to require Party A to pay service fees timely in accordance with the Contract. 3. If the normal process of sanitation service task is affected due to delayed payment for service fees from Party A, Party B has right to require Party A to bear all losses.
Rights of Party B. (a) Party B may select to provide national services on the Mobile Monternet WAP main site or local services on the local branch companies' WAP site; if nation-wide service, Party B may make an application to Party A; if local services, Party B may make an application to the local branch of Party A. However, the fee settlement of the local services is not provided by Party A but is made by the sole agreement with the local branch company. (b) Under the guidance of Party A, Party B is entitled to determine the fee standards and whether the provided services shall be charged. (c) Party B is entitled to obtain the statistics arising from the user's visit to the provided information and the application data. (d) Without the written consent of Party B, Party A shall not transfer, announce, or re-sell the product information of Party B to any third party. (e) Party B has its right to acquire a reasonable part of revenue of the service (the allocation of the revenue refers to Article 6 this Agreement). (f) If the statistics from Party B and that form Party A is different far away, Party B may ask Party A to furnish the statistics in detail to check.
