Safety Review Committee. The Employer shall recognize the Safety Review Committee, which shall be comprised of an equal number of members appointed by the Union and the Employer. The purpose of the Safety Review Committee shall be to make recommendations to the Employer for providing safe working conditions throughout the School District.

Safety Review Committee. A Labor/Management Safety Committee shall discuss and resolve problems concerning the health, safety, and education of County Employees. The matters subject to review will include whether safety standards of equipment and clothing utilized by the County are sufficient to ensure the maximum safety of all affected Employees. The Committee shall make recommendations to the Board of Supervisors.
