Salary Schedule Adjustments. When the teachers' salary schedule is adjusted, the same percentage shall be applied to all of the following:
a. The Teachers' Hourly Salary Schedule (Regular Teachers, Summer School, Home Instruction, Curriculum Development, Adult Education see Appendix G)
b. Extra pay for Department Chairpersons (see Article 18.16.4.3 & 18.16.4.4)
c. Substitute teachers (see Appendix G) d. Forty-five (45) day consultants (see Article 10.2.2)
Salary Schedule Adjustments. The parties agree to amend the salary schedules according to the following adjustments:
Salary Schedule Adjustments. Whenever the District conducts a comparative salary survey and determines that an upward adjustment is necessary in a classification, the District shall meet with the Association to negotiate the adjustment of salary.

B. No bargaining unit member will lose salary as a result of changes in the salary schedule. All bargaining unit members employed prior to August 31, 2005 who have wages above the attached salary schedule will receive the agreed upon wage rate increase off schedule until the salary schedule catches up to their 2003-2004 wage.
Salary Schedule Adjustments. 17.2.1 During the effective dates of this contract, annually the salary schedules will be adjusted by the statutory COLA, less any deficit if appropriate. Conditions set forth in Sections 17.2.2 and 4.6 may affect the salary schedule adjustments each contract year.
17.2.2 During the effective dates of this contract, annually, the Association may choose to use some or all of the allowable increase to add alternative monetary benefits, in lieu of some or all of agreed-to on-schedule salary increases.

Salary Schedule Adjustments. 12.8.1 The District will increase the CSEA Salary Schedule by 4% for 2021-2022. The District and CSEA also agree to reopen Article 12 and Article 24 to convene an initial meeting to negotiate potential one time funds available as a result of the COVID-19 stimulus dollars by October. The District will increase the CSEA Salary Schedule by 1.75% for 2020-2021, retroactive to July 1, 2020. During the term of this agreement, should any recognized Laguna Beach Unified School District bargaining unit reach a signed agreement that results in a higher total compensation than provided to the members of the Chapter 131 CSEA unit members, the District agrees to adjust the total compensation provided to CSEA unit members to an equivalent amount.
Salary Schedule Adjustments. 8.12.1 Effective July 1, 2022 a seven percent (7%) on-going increase shall be applied to the salary schedule
Salary Schedule Adjustments. Adjustments during the turn of this agreement are effective beginning the first pay period following the designated date: A. 2% following 01/01/2015 B. 2% following 07/01/2015 C. 3% following 01/01/2016 D. 4% following 07/01/2016
Salary Schedule Adjustments. Effective and retroactive to July 1, 2016, and specifically for Patrol Officers, Corporals and Sergeants on the 11.25 schedule, the salary schedule will reflect a monthly salary using the current hourly rate listed on the July 1, 2015 salary schedule. (Hourly rate listed x 2080 hours)/12 = new monthly wage. (historical note: The salary scale has a monthly salary based on 2080 hours, but also has an inflated hourly rate based on 2053 hours in lieu of 2080. The City offers to use the inflated hourly rate to create a new yearly salary in order to have a corrected hourly rate based on 2080 hours per year. Effective upon execution of this agreement and specifically for the assignments of Officers Special Assignment and Detectives, (Section 27(H), the monthly salary will be increased by 1.3%.
