Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Work Day. An employee who is required to work on a designated holiday shall be compensated at time and one-half (1½x). Regular full-time employees shall also receive an additional day off in lieu of the holiday.

Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Work Day. (a) An employee who works the majority of their shift on a designated holiday which is a scheduled work day shall be compensated at the rate of double-time in addition to their basic salary except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half in addition to their regular salary.
