Scope of Services to be Performed. The auditor shall express an opinion on the fair presentation of its Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. Per the requirements of the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (“GASB”) Statement No. 14, the CAFR of Orange County includes the Board of County Commissioners (“Board”), six Constitutional Officers, five blended component units, and six discretely presented component units. The auditor is required to audit the separate financial statements of the Board and each of the Constitutional Officers and express an opinion on the fair presentation of all funds in the financial statements of the Board and each Constitutional Officer. The auditor is required to audit the individual financial statements of Orange County Water Utilities System, Orange County Solid Waste System, the Orange County Convention Center (enterprise funds of the Board), the International Drive Community Redevelopment Agency, The Orange Blossom Trail Community Redevelopment Agency and the Orange County Library District for the purpose of expressing opinions on the fair presentation of those financial statements. Individual reports are required for each. It is anticipated that the Orange County Library District will execute a separate contract with the Auditor utilizing the terms under this RFP. The auditor is also required to review the Annual Financial Report to the State Department of Financial Services. The auditor is not required to audit the introductory, management discussion and analysis section or statistical section of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR). The auditor is not required to audit the Bond Disclosure Supplement to the CAFR. Engagement partners, managers, other supervisory staff and specialists may be changed if those personnel leave the firm, are promoted or are assigned to another office, providing that any replacements have equal or better qualifications than those personnel replaced. Scope of Services to be Performed. The Contractor shall provide the tasks described in this Contract, which are hereafter referred to as the "Work,"
a. Contractor agrees that officials for adult soccer and youth soccer must hold a current certification from the U. S. Soccer Federation (USSF). Officials working one-person systems in youth soccer should have a minimum two (2) years’ experience as a referee with a minimum Grade 8 USSF certification. For adult soccer matches, all referees must be a minimum Grade 8 USSF certification with a minimum 2 years’ experience for the center referee. Contractor will schedule soccer officials to work no more than four (4) matches per day unless there are extenuating circumstances and the City is notified prior to the start of any game/matches.
b. Contractor agrees to provide Adult Softball Non Sanctioned and Adult Volleyball that are Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) or North Carolina High School Athletic Association (NCHSAA) certified and qualified to officiate softball games and volleyball matches.
c. All officials will have regular annual training and annual certification from the USSF, AAU or NCHSAA.
d. All officials will follow USSF, AAU or NCHSAA disciplinary and dress codes.
e. The contractor will submit the schedule of officials five (5) business days prior to work.
f. The contractor will evaluate the officials weekly and submit written evaluation within five (5) business days of the evaluation.
Scope of Services to be Performed. The Recipient will perform the Land Management Activities as set forth in the Management Plan and the Endowment Assessment. The Recipient will pay for the costs of such Land Management Activities with funds disbursed to it under this Agreement. The Parties agree and acknowledge that the Management Plan and the Endowment Assessment were created by or on behalf of the Permittee and approved by the USACE. The Foundation is expressly entitled to rely on the validity of the USACE approval and the accuracy and validity of the Management Plan and the Endowment Assessment without independent verification. The Foundation shall not be liable in any respect to the USACE, the Recipient, the Permittee, or to any other entities or persons, for errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or other elements of the Management Plan or the Endowment Assessment, whether contained therein or omitted therefrom, including but not limited to the sufficiency or adequacy of the Endowment Amount calculated pursuant to the Endowment Assessment. The Parties agree and acknowledge that the Recipient is required to perform Land Management Activities on the Preserve only to the extent funds are made available to the Recipient under this Agreement to pay for performance of such Land Management Activities. In addition, in the event an amendment is made to either of the Management Plan that changes the Land Management Activities identified in the Endowment Assessment, thereby requiring an amendment to the Endowment Assessment, the Foundation shall not be liable to the USACE, the Recipient, the Permittee, or to any other entities or persons for any decision by the USACE to approve the amendment to the Endowment Assessment in any way that impairs the viability of the LTMM Fund as a source of perpetual funding for the Land Management Activities on the Preserve.
Scope of Services to be Performed. The scope of services to be provided by Consultant is set forth on Exhibit “A” attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein (“Services”). Consultant warrants that it will perform the Services as set forth herein in a competent, professional and satisfactory manner.

Commencing on the Effective Date and continuing for a period of two (2) years thereafter (the “Consulting Period”), the Consultant agrees to perform consulting, advisory and related services for the Company as set forth in this Agreement (the “Consulting Services”). DSU shall serve as the primary contact for the Consulting Services and he shall be actively engaged in all projects. The chief executive officer of the Company shall serve as the primary contact for the Company with respect to the Consulting Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the total amount of hours for performance of all Consulting Services required under this Agreement shall not exceed more than [**] percent ([**]%) of DSU’s full-time work during the Consulting Period. “Full-time work” is defined as a full-time equivalent person year consisting of a total of [**] hours per year. Company understands and agrees that Consultant shall not be required to reduce to practice or otherwise develop any prototypes or perform any product development work under this Agreement. Any such reduction to practice, prototype or product development work by the Consultant shall require a separate development agreement between the parties, and neither party shall have an obligation to enter into any such further written agreement.

Scope of Services to be Performed. 22 Upon receipt of a request for services from COUNTY COUNSEL, CONSULTANT shall meet with 23 the appropriate COUNTY COUNSEL personnel, either by person, or over the phone, to discuss the work 24 required. CONSULTANT shall assist COUNTY COUNSEL and various County department and agencies 25 with preparing to file eminent domain action(s) to obtain the property interests required for the Brookhurst 00 Xxxxxx widening project. The Orange County Legal Team (the “OC Legal Team”) will include the certain 27 designated County employees from these departments and agencies, and/or other County consultants, and 28 such individuals and staff necessary to the assist in the matter.
Scope of Services to be Performed. Serve as special legal counsel to Orange County. Specifically, the Firm will serve as legal counsel to the Orange County Nuisance Abatement Board (“Board”). The Firm will attend regular and special meetings of the Board and hearings before the Board. The Firm will advise Board members on parliamentary procedures; the interpretation and application of relevant statutes, regulations, codes and ordinances, including the Nuisance Abatement Board Ordinance; and voting. Therefore, the Firm should designate, preferably, one person to attend all meetings to provide consistency in the advisement provided to the Board. The County does not anticipate that provision of services beyond the duration of a Board meeting will be necessary. The County estimates that regular meetings will involve hearings on nuisance complaints presented to the Board and will occur no more than once per month. The frequency of regular meetings is dependent on the frequency of hearings scheduled to be heard by the Board. However, special meetings may be scheduled from time to time to address administrative matters.
Scope of Services to be Performed. The Department of Telecommunications and Information Services (DTIS) and the Disability Council of the City and County of San Francisco are requesting bids for real-time captioning of City board and commission meetings that are broadcast on CityWatch Channel 26, San Francisco’s government cable television channel. Most meeting are closed captioned, but the contractor must be able to provide open captions upon request. Due to space limitations at the CityWatch facility, the captioning must be performed off-site.
