Security of PIN. The PIN issued to you is for your security purposes. The numbers are confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties or recorded on or with the card. You are responsible for safekeeping your PIN. You agree not to disclose or otherwise make your PIN number available to anyone not authorized to sign on your accounts. If you authorize anyone to use your PIN, that authority shall continue until you specifically revoke such authority by notifying the Credit Union. If you fail to maintain the security of these access codes and the Credit Union suffers a loss, we may terminate your card services and account services immediately.

In the event of disclosure of your PIN to any unauthorized person or the unauthorized use of your Boost Beyond Card or your Boost Beyond Card is lost or stolen, you must immediately freeze your Boost Beyond Card via the Mobile App. Alternatively, you may email our Customer Service to cancel your Boost Beyond Card Account. You Boost Beyond Card will be blocked once you have “frozen” it in the Mobile App. Alternatively, if you email our Customer Service, we will block your Boost Beyond Card upon receipt of your notification. You should then send a confirmation in writing to us via the channels informed to you in-App. As a matter of prudence, we advise you to lodge a police report immediately to substantiate your claim. We may at our discretion on a case-to-case basis ask you for a copy of the police report confirming the incident. If we do indeed require the police report, and you are not able to provide us with a copy, we may not be able to proceed with our investigations and we shall not be responsible or be held liable for any disputes or loss suffered by you in relation to any transactions incurred from unauthorized usage of the Boost Beyond Card. Therefore, we are entitled to act on transaction instructions received using your PIN and you agree that the use of your PIN will have the same effect as your signature authorizing transactions. If you authorize anyone to use your PIN in any manner that authority will be considered unlimited in amount and manner until you specifically revoke such authority by notifying the Credit Union and changing your PIN immediately. You are responsible for any transactions made by such persons until you notify us that transactions and access by that person are no longer authorized and your PIN is changed. If you fail to change your PIN or maintain the security of your PIN and the Credit Union suffers a loss, we may terminate your electronic services immediately.

Your responsibility to provide safekeeping of this PIN shall continue until you speciÿcally revoke such authority by notifying the Credit Union. You also understand that any joint owner of your TruStone Financial Debit Card that has your PIN may withdraw and transfer funds from any of your accounts. If you fail to maintain the security of this PIN and the Credit Union su˛ers a loss, we may terminate your TruStone Financial Debit Card services immediately.
