Selection Grievances. ‌ The time limit for initiating a grievance shall commence on the working day immediately following the date the Union receives written notification of the results of the job competition, as per Article 12.03.02, and shall end after 5 working days.

Selection Grievances. Where the grievance is based on selection, the successful applicant shall be advised of the grievance within fourteen (14) days of the filing of the grievance.
Selection Grievances. Grievances concerning job selection shall be initiated by the employee within 14 calendar days of announcing the successful candidate for the position. A selection grievance will commence at Step 1. The Employer will share information relevant to the job selection grievance with the Union, at Step 1 of the Grievance Procedure.   • Association Grievances If a grievance affects a group of employees or the Association, the Association may initiate and submit such grievance to the Superintendent directly, and the processing of such grievance shall commence at Step 2. Grievances involving more than one supervisor and grievances involving the administrator above the building level may be filed by the Association at Step 2.

  • Policy Grievances ‌ Where either party to this agreement disputes the general application, interpretation or alleged violation of an article of this agreement, the dispute shall be discussed initially with the Board of Directors Human Resources Representative (or designate) or the Union within 30 calendar days of the occurrence. Where no satisfactory agreement is reached, either party, within a further 14 calendar days, may submit the dispute to arbitration, as set out in Article 9 of this agreement.
