Staffing and Equipment. Vendor shall maintain sufficient staffing and equipment to provide products and services outlined in this contract. Contractor is expected to keep translation work and files in translation memory databases as transferable files.
Staffing and Equipment. 20.1 The City shall determine, in its sole discretion, the type and number of equipment and apparatus to be used in the provision of fire and rescue services. The City shall also determine, in its sole discretion, the number and type of personnel to be assigned the shifts, apparatus and equipment. In establishing such staffing, the City shall consider safety (public employee), cost (including overtime expenses) and all other factors deemed relevant by the City.
Staffing and Equipment. 5.3.1 CONTRACTOR shall provide trained staff and all necessary equipment to conduct an efficient, safe and timely move.

Vendor represents that it has, or will secure at its own expense, all personnel, equipment, and subcontractors required in its performance of the Services, and that such personnel or subcontractors are trained appropriately in the performance of the Services or will receive such training prior to performing the Services at any property owned or leased by Uline (the “Property”). Vendor shall be responsible for supervision and direction of the Services by Vendor’s employees, agents, and subcontractors, but not for the activities of other parties at the Property. Vendor will obtain all reasonably available information to avoid hazards at the Property and shall give appropriate instruction to its personnel and subcontractors regarding such hazards. Vendor shall be responsible for any injury, death, or property damage resulting from failure to obtain such reasonably available information and provide such instruction. Vendor shall repair any damage caused to the personal property or improvements on the Property which is caused by Vendor or its subcontractors. Uline will make available to Vendor all information in its possession regarding any hazards at the Property.
Staffing and Equipment. 3.7 Ivanhoe may, but will not be obliged to (a) offer to employ or contract one or more of those individuals that are or remain under contract to BHP in Mongolia and (b) purchase BHP's vehicles and field equipment associated with the Project described in Exhibit B at fair market value.
Staffing and Equipment. CPDC represents and warrants that it possesses sufficiently trained staff and necessary infrastructure to conduct the Services. In addition, CPDC management shall appoint a qualified project lead to manage all aspects of the Services. FUSION will have the right to review their credentials and approve of the project lead, with such approvals not to be unreasonably withheld.
