Strategic Action Plan. As referenced above, within ninety (90) days of receiving OCR’s approval of the proposed Review Team, the University will submit to OCR for its review and approval a proposed Strategic Action Plan to address all inaccessible content and functionality identified during the University’s review. The proposed Strategic Action Plan will set out a detailed schedule for: (a) addressing problems, taking into account identified priorities, with all corrective actions to be completed within 18 months of the date OCR approved the Corrective Action Plan; (b) setting up systems of accountability and verifying claims of accessibility by vendors or open sources; and (c) setting up a system of testing and accountability to maintain the accessibility of all online content and functionality on an ongoing basis.

Strategic Action Plan. Beginning January 2021, by January 10th of each contract year, Vendor shall submit a Strategic Action plan to University for the following academic year. The Strategic Action plan shall be agreed upon by both parties and once signed shall be attached as Attachment 3 of this Contract. At a minimum, the Strategic Action Plan shall include, but not necessarily limited to the following: 5.2.1 Planning and/or implementation of new dining locations and/or modifications to existing dining operations; 5.2.2 Varsity Sports Grill menus, concepts, pricing, days of service, and hours of operation; 5.2.3 Catering menus, pricing and policies; 5.2.4 Concessions menu, pricing and policies 5.2.5 Detailed Marketing Plan, with specific revenue enhancement strategies and objectives for Varsity Sports Grill, Catering and Concessions sales; 5.2.6 Local vendor/supplier partnership objectives; 5.2.7 Sustainability plan; 5.2.8 Employee training plan including multicultural competency training, and budget; 5.2.9 Student employment plan and student internship initiatives; 5.2.10 Equipment preventive maintenance and repair plan and budget; 5.2.11 Capital expenditure plan and budget; 5.2.12 Smallwares expenditure plan and budget for Vendor replacement smallwares; 5.2.13 Detailed plan for maintaining and/or improving KPI performance relative to the previous year with an explanation of the resources and costs being committed to achieving the stated goals

Strategic Action Plan. The Strategic Action Plan, as referred to herein, is the plan developed by the Forum and adopted by all Member Jurisdictions to address water resource issues within the Watershed Area as provided in this Agreement. The plan identifies specific actions and projects to address the identified water resource issues and is attached as Exhibit B.

As such, within one hundred twenty (120) days of entering into this Agreement, the University will submit for OCR’s review and approval its plan for ensuring that the new website complies with the Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility set forth above, including ensuring that the new website continues to be accessible as it is modified and new content is added after it is launched, and that the University’s interim plan for ensuring the current website is accessible (collectively, the “Strategic Action Plan”). The Strategic Action Plan submitted for OCR’s review and approval will include the following: a) Proposed policies and procedures to ensure that all new, newly-added, or modified online content required for course work or related activities will strive to be accessible to people with disabilities as measured by conformance to the Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility set forth above, except where doing so would impose a fundamental alteration or undue burden, and that individuals accessing the University website can report barriers to accessibility and usability. When fundamental alteration or undue burden defenses apply, the University will follow federal legal requirements to provide effective alternative access. In providing equally effective alternate access, the University will take any reasonable actions that do not result in a fundamental alteration or undue financial and administrative burdens to ensure that individuals with disabilities receive the same benefits or services as their nondisabled peers. To provide equally effective alternate access, alternate access is not required to produce the identical result or level of achievement for persons with and without disabilities, but must afford persons with disabilities equal opportunity to obtain the same result, to gain the same benefit, or to reach the same level of achievement, in the most integrated setting appropriate to the person’s needs. The Strategic Action Plan submitted for OCR’s review and approval will include the following: a) Proposed policies and procedures to ensure that all online content and functionality, including those provided or developed by third parties (e.g., vendors, video-sharing websites, or other open sources), will be accessible to people with disabilities as measured by conformance to the Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility set forth above, except where doing so would impose a fundamental alteration or undue burden (see Term 2), and that individuals accessing the System website can report barriers to accessibility and usability. b) The designation of at least one individual (Web Accessibility Coordinator) to be provided with sufficient resources and authority to coordinate and implement the Strategic Action Plan, and all other commitments relating to accessibility within this Agreement; and c) Steps to identify and address all inaccessible content and functionality, including those provided or developed by third parties (e.g., vendors, video-sharing websites, or other open sources). Given the ongoing nature of ensuring web accessibility, the Strategic Action Plan will incorporate specific benchmarks, including timeframes, and ongoing monitoring and sampling processes that the System will implement on an ongoing basis moving forward.

  • STRATEGIC PLAN (1) Within one hundred and twenty (120) days, the Board shall adopt, implement, and thereafter ensure Bank adherence to a written strategic plan for the Bank covering at least a three-year period. The strategic plan shall establish objectives for the Bank's overall risk profile, earnings performance, growth, balance sheet mix, off-balance sheet activities, liability structure, capital adequacy, reduction in the volume of nonperforming assets, product line development and market segments that the Bank intends to promote or develop, together with strategies to achieve those objectives and, at a minimum, include: (a) a mission statement that forms the framework for the establishment of strategic goals and objectives; (b) an assessment of the Bank's present and future operating environment; (c) the development of strategic goals and objectives to be accomplished over the short and long term; (d) an identification of the Bank’s present and future product lines (assets and liabilities) that will be utilized to accomplish the strategic goals and objectives established in (1)(c) of this Article; (e) an evaluation of the Bank's internal operations, staffing requirements, board and management information systems and policies and procedures for their adequacy and contribution to the accomplishment of the goals and objectives developed under (1)(c) of this Article; (f) a management employment succession program to promote the retention and continuity of capable management; (g) product line development and market segments that the Bank intends to promote or develop; (h) an action plan to improve bank earnings and accomplish identified strategic goals and objectives, including individual responsibilities, accountability and specific time frames; (i) a financial forecast to include projections for major balance sheet and income statement accounts and desired financial ratios over the period covered by the strategic plan; (j) control systems to mitigate risks associated with planned new products, growth, or any proposed changes in the Bank’s operating environment; specific plans to establish responsibilities and accountability for the strategic planning process, new products, growth goals, or proposed changes in the Bank’s operating environment; and (k) systems to monitor the Bank’s progress in meeting the plan’s goals and objectives. (2) Upon adoption, a copy of the plan shall be forwarded to the Assistant Deputy Comptroller for review and prior written determination of no supervisory objection. Upon receiving a determination of no supervisory objection from the Assistant Deputy Comptroller, the Bank shall implement and adhere to the strategic plan. (3) The Board shall ensure that the Bank has processes, personnel, and control systems to ensure implementation of and adherence to the plan developed pursuant to this Article.

Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-­‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.
