Strategic Leadership and Accountability. 1.1. As a member of the senior management team this role contributes to and participates in; strategic planning processes, policy development, performance monitoring and the management of resources within Facilities Management and Infrastructure. 1.2. Overall accountability for the budget (Capital and Operational) management activities of the Facilities Management Division for the EMHS. 1.3. Overall accountability for ensuring compliance with government obligations in accordance with WA Health Procurement Guidelines and liaising with other government agencies (i.e. Health Support Services, Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, and Building Management and Works) 1.4. Leads and directs the planning and delivery of quality services including the ongoing systematic application of continuous quality improvement principles in evaluating and meeting customer needs and expectations. 1.5. Investigates and directs the implementation of alternative service delivery methods and leads associated change management activities as required. 1.6. Facilitates the professional development of staff under direct supervision and promotes the ongoing development of staff within the Facilities Management and Infrastructure Division generally. 1.7. Directs the development of service and contract agreements for the delivery of Facilities Management that specify outputs and performance reporting arrangements. 1.8. Overall responsibility for ensuring all areas of the EMHS are provided with high quality building infrastructure and associated services to enable them to efficiently and effectively perform their core functions. 1.9. Responsible for ensuring that the outcomes achieved by the Division are in accordance with the strategic directions and principles determined by the Executive Director Finance and Infrastructure. 1.10. Represents the EMHS as required on facilities management matters.

Strategic Leadership and Accountability. 1.1 As a member of the NMHS senior management team, contributes to decision making for whole‐ of‐health issues for the NMHS. 1.2 Actively promotes guides and facilitates the delivery of high quality hospital and acute care services and high standards of practice and professional services. 1.3 Effectively leads and promotes organisational and cultural change and develops change management capacity and capability 1.4 Supports the development of a plan and business case for a future new facility and prepares the organisation to transition once the facility is complete.. 1.5 Applies NMHS policies and develops and applies operational policies which guide local service delivery and related activities. 1.6 Ensures appropriate service planning and continuously monitors and evaluates the performance of the hospital with the view to continuous improvement and consistency with contemporary models of care.. 1.7 Ensures compliance with relevant legislation relating to the delivery of hospital and acute services. 1.8 Manages, and is accountable for, budget allocation and position establishment to meet required organisational outcomes and alignment of resources to the delivery of health service, hospital and acute care services in an activity based funding/management environment. Responsible for the implementation of appropriate controls and other strategies to achieve required budget outcomes. 1.9 Ensures that the resources of WNHS are managed and developed to meet service requirements and NMHS outcomes.

  • Health Care Accountability Ordinance If Administrative Code Chapter 12Q applies to this contract, Contractor shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 12Q. For each Covered Employee, Contractor shall provide the appropriate health benefit set forth in Section 12Q.3 of the HCAO. If Contractor chooses to offer the health plan option, such health plan shall meet the minimum standards set forth by the San Francisco Health Commission. Information about and the text of the Chapter 12Q, as well as the Health Commission’s minimum standards, is available on the web at xxxx://xxxxx.xxx/olse/hcao. Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 12Q. Any Subcontract entered into by Contractor shall require any Subcontractor with 20 or more employees to comply with the requirements of the HCAO and shall contain contractual obligations substantially the same as those set forth in this Section.

  • Wall Street Transparency and Accountability Act of 2010 The parties hereby agree that none of (i) Section 739 of the WSTAA, (ii) any similar legal certainty provision included in any legislation enacted, or rule or regulation promulgated, on or after the Trade Date, (iii) the enactment of the WSTAA or any regulation under the WSTAA, (iv) any requirement under the WSTAA or (v) any amendment made by the WSTAA shall limit or otherwise impair either party’s right to terminate, renegotiate, modify, amend or supplement this Confirmation or the Agreement, as applicable, arising from a termination event, force majeure, illegality, increased cost, regulatory change or similar event under this Confirmation, the Equity Definitions or the Agreement (including, but not limited to, any right arising from any Acceleration Event).

  • Accountability Actuaries and external auditors will be appointed by the Trust. Audited financial statements, and an actuarial evaluation report will be obtained for the Trust on an annual basis. The actuarial report will include projections for the Trust for a period of not less than 3 years into the future.

  • Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act Grantee certifies that it is in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), Public Law Xx. 000-000, 00 XXX Parts 160, 162 and 164, and the Social Security Act, 42 USC 1320d-2 through 1320d-7, in that it may not use or disclose protected health information other than as permitted or required by law and agrees to use appropriate safeguards to prevent use or disclosure of the protected health information. Grantee shall maintain, for a minimum of six (6) years, all protected health information.

  • Portability (a) Employees are able to maintain their participation in the scheme should they transfer their employment between Catholic schools or to the Catholic Education Office. (b) The employee is obliged to notify the principal prior to appointment of their participation in the Deferred Salary Scheme and the date that leave is due to be taken. (c) Participation in the Deferred Salary Scheme shall not impede an application for employment in a Catholic school.
