SUNDAY TIMETime worked on a Sunday will not be taken into consideration for the calculation of overtime penalty.
SUNDAY TIME. All ordinary hours worked on a Sunday shall be paid at the rate of double time.
SUNDAY TIME. 5.5.1 The Employee will, from time to time, be required to work on a Sunday and the Employee expressly agrees thereto. 5.5.2 Instead of remunerating the Employee at double the normal hourly rate for Sunday time worked, the Employer will have the discretion either to exempt the Employee for: 5.5.2.1 120 (one hundred and twenty) minutes for every hour of Sunday time worked; or
SUNDAY TIME. All time worked on a tour which ends on Sunday shall be paid at one and one-half (1½) times the employee’s basic hourly rate. All hours for which this Sunday premium is paid shall also be used in computing weekly overtime.
SUNDAY TIME. For each hour or part thereof worked on a Sunday, an employee shall be paid at one and one-half (1½) times the employee’s basic hourly rate. However, whenever the number of regular full-time Call Center employees (including part- time employees converted to full-time equivalents) equals or exceeds one hundred fifty (150), the Sunday premium shall decrease to one and one-quarter (1¼) times the employee’s basic hourly rate. Whenever the number of Call Center employees (including part-time employees converted to full-time equivalents) falls below one hundred fifty (150), the differential will revert to the rate of one and one-half (1½) times the employee’s basic hourly rate.
SUNDAY TIME. 111.1. Operational Wages Employees required to work on a Sunday for less than 4 hours shall be subject to a minimum payment of 5 hours. However, this working shall not count as a Shift in the determination of excess Shifts for the fortnight. Passive time paid for, other than held away from home allowances, shall be paid at the rate of time and a half.
SUNDAY TIME. All ordinary hours worked on Sunday will attract an additional 100% penalty payment.
SUNDAY TIME. 49.1 Sunday means the period between 12 midnight Saturday and 12 midnight Sunday.
SUNDAY TIME. 8.12.1. An Employee who does not ordinarily work on a Sunday, but is required to work on a Sunday, will be paid at double the straight time rate for each hour worked on a Sunday. 8.12.2. An Employee, who ordinarily works on a Sunday, will be paid their normal straight time rate plus an additional 0.75 premium per hour for every hour worked on a Sunday. Overtime worked on a Sunday will be paid at the normal overtime rate as per clauses 8.11.4 and 8.11.5 plus an additional premium of 0.75 per hour for such overtime worked. 8.12.3. Employees on income levels higher than the overtime/Sunday time ceiling/ threshold shall be paid Sunday time at the Sunday time-ceiling rate unless another Collective Agreement applies or unless stated otherwise in this agreement.
SUNDAY TIME. 73.1 Time worked between midnight Saturday and midnight Sunday shall be paid for at the rate of double time. Such double time to be both the minimum and the maximum and shall not be included in the computation of overtime on a fortnightly basis. 73.2 Employees who work on a Sunday shall be paid for at least one-third of a day. 73.3 Employees at stations outside the suburban area shall be paid on Sundays for: (a) Not less than one-third of a day for attending to one train. (b) Not less than two-thirds of a day for one or more trains in the morning and one or more trains in the afternoon or evening provided that where the break of duty is less than four hours continuous time shall be paid save that one hour for lunch or one hour for tea, or both, may be rostered off without pay at an appropriate time for lunch or tea (as the case may be). 73.4 Employees at stations within the suburban area shall be paid for all time rostered off on Sundays during the shift in excess of one hour for lunch and one hour for tea. 73.5 All payments referred to in 73.1 to 73.4 (inclusive) shall be at Sunday rates except that employees on the running staff within the suburban area, shall be paid all time rostered off at a single rate. 73.6 Employees who have performed Sunday duty shall not be required to work on the following Sunday, except in a case of emergency or where practicably unavoidable. For the purpose of this provision, work performed up to 0300 hours on a Sunday in completion of a shift commenced on a Saturday shall not be deemed to be Sunday duty. 73.7 As far as practicable, provision shall be made to roster off, for a day during the same week, employees who have worked a shift on Sunday. 73.8 In the case of broken shifts extending beyond a spread of eight hours, a minimum of one day shall be paid for.
