Supervision & Coordination. Contractor will provide, at all times, adequate and expert supervisory staff (“Supervisory Staff”) assigned exclusively to University to manage Contractor’s employees in the Services Areas. [Option: Supervisory Staff will include a dispatcher to coordinate Contractor’s daily office activities.] The Supervisory Staff will be on University’s premises at all times while the Custodial Services are being provided and will not leave University’s premises until all services and security matters are completed each night. Neither University nor any representative of University will supervise Contractor’s employees, personnel or agents performing the Custodial Services In addition, Contractor will provide an on-site manager (“On-Site Manager”) assigned to the Service Areas on a full-time basis. The On-Site Manager, with the assistance of a supervisor for each and every shift (“Shift Supervisor”), will coordinate all activities connected with the provision of the Custodial Services specified under this Agreement and will meet with University's [Option:___________] [Option: representative] periodically, on mutually agreeable dates and at mutually agreeable times, to coordinate the enforcement of University's policies, the implementation of University’s suggestions and requests, and the prompt resolution of complaints. In addition to the supervision of all Custodial Services, the Supervisory Staff will become familiar with the emergency, fire, and disaster plans developed by University for University’s premises and perform the duties assigned to Supervisory Staff by University as relates to the emergency, fire and disaster plans.

(10) Coordinate its work with all third parties so as not to delay the critical path of the Project; and (11) Prepare and submit to the Department construction meeting minutes, progress meeting minutes, daily logs, inspection reports, preliminary and baseline schedules, (Primavera format) and schedule updates demonstrating the critical path of the Project (Primavera format).

The SSC Executive Staff shall coordinate all activities connected with the provision of the Services and shall meet with Texas A&M’s representative periodically, no less often than monthly, on agreed dates and times, to coordinate the enforcement of Texas A&M’s policies, the implementation of Texas A&M’s suggestions and requests, and the prompt resolution of complaints. c. SSC shall advise Texas A&M’s representative of the mobile telephone numbers of the SSC Executive Staff and shall arrange for at least one of the SSC Executive Staff to be available at all times (24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365/366 days a year) by telephone. d. The Supervisory Staff shall become familiar with Texas A&M’s emergency, fire, and disaster plans for the Premises. e. Texas A&M shall appoint a contract administrator (the “University Contract Administrator”) who will be Texas A&M’s initial contact person for purposes of the day to day administration of this Agreement. All matters affecting the terms of this Agreement or the administration thereof shall be referred to the University Contract Administrator. The University Contract Administrator shall be contacted for changes or amendments to this Agreement, including but not limited to, changes in the scope of work (including any additional work described in Section 1.10, below), period of performance, cost, and report requirements. Only the University Contract Administrator may notify SSC of any such approval by Texas A&M and SSC proceeds at its own risk if it fails to receive such notification from the University Contract Administrator. ENGINEER shall maintain involvement with utility companies until all conflicts have been resolved (not just identified). When appropriate, the City Engineer will approve the identification on plans of conflicts to be resolved during construction. ENGINEER shall meet with involved utility company/ies and project contractor to resolve any conflicts with utilities that occur during construction.

  • Coordination The Parties shall confer regularly to coordinate the planning, scheduling and performance of preventive and corrective maintenance on the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Facilities.

  • Oversight The Licensing Officer shall oversee the quality of the services provided by the Licensee and the reasonableness of the prices charged. The Licensing Officer may advise the Licensee from time to time of any source of dissatisfaction and request correction.
