Supplier Expectations. The Consultant has read and understands Fluor’s Business Conduct and Ethics Expectations for Suppliers and Contractors (the Supplier Expectations) and Consultant will do nothing to violate the Supplier Expectations.
Supplier Expectations. In the event of a conflict between the obligations in this Clause and MSD’s Supplier Performance Expectations, on the one hand, and any other provision in this MSD Purchase Order, on the other hand, such other provision of this MSD Purchase Order shall control (but only to the extent of the conflict).
Supplier Expectations. Seller must always provide world class Products or Services competitive as to price, quality, technology, and customer support. Seller’s failure to meet the requirements of this subsection is a basis for termination under Section 11.2 below.
Supplier Expectations. In addition to contract requirements the following is also applicable: The Supplier must: Be registered with the Registrar of companies, SARS, COID and PSIRA; Be a well - established company and in existence for at least 2 years; Have access to licensed firearms (where applicable); Have access to a PSIRA and SASSETA registered training facility; Be able to supply, sustain and manage a sufficient number of Security Officers to satisfy the requirements of ESKOM; Security guards must be firearm competent in possession of SAPS firearm competency; Firearm competency certificates and PSIRA identification cards must be carried whilst on duty at an Eskom site; The service provider shall, supply ESKOM with the following: A detailed operational plan to be implemented by the service provider to deliver the scope of work; A detailed monthly report specifying kilometres travelled per month per personnel armoured carrier; Detailed list of firearms and ammunition required for the job and appropriate magazines and holsters; List of all operational equipment as required and/ stipulated by Eskom; List of responsible individuals for the control and registry of service provider firearms during shift handovers; Fitness test/ medical fitness and PSIRA certificates for each employee; Detailed plan to supply additional personnel in case of emergencies and special projects at ESKOM; Detailed strike management plan and a list of manpower to counter shortfalls during labour actions; Firearm competence certificates as stipulated by Eskom; The Service provider shall provide security officers who have the necessary qualification, skill and expertise and have passed appropriate training courses approved by the PSIRA and other accredited training providers. It is the inherent responsibility of the Supplier to ensure that the entire security officer's registration numbers are currently valid; The Service provider shall ensure that the security officers are neatly attired in full uniform at all times and they must be provided with the equipment necessary for the efficient performance of their duties and responsibilities, to ensure the highest level of SERVICE to be rendered at any given time; The Service provider will ensure that the security officers are registered, trained and qualified at the grade required by ESKOM; The Service provider must comply with all relevant legislation: Acts, Provincial; Ordinances or by-laws and Private Security Industr...
