Supporting Resources. GRADUATE AMBASSADORS: Every year since 2006, the University has employed Graduate Ambassadors, a team of recent Newcastle University graduates to deliver interactive face-to-face outreach activities to young people and their parents, particularly in schools across the UK. Currently, the University employs 17 Ambassadors, enabling us to extend outreach geographically and target key regions across the UK. The scheme is designed as a Graduate Training Scheme so Ambassadors gain valuable employability skills to help in their future careers. We have extended this scheme to have two Graduate Ambassadors at our Newcastle University London campus, to support us in making progress towards our BME intake target, and an additional two to support WP student progression into PG study. STUDENT AMBASSADORS: 170 of our current undergraduate students from all disciplines are employed on a part- time internship contract each year. They support the extensive range of outreach delivered by the University.

The following additional resources can be added as needed: In the event contacts with the Ombudsman office exceed capacity of the full time Ombudsman, up to five administrative positions can be reallocated to assist in providing information and referral services to consumers seeking assistance with issues that may be properly addressed by other entities. These administrative positions may be supported by 40 QM staff with training and knowledge of the waiver systems. Administrative staff and QM support will identify and transfer appropriate cases to the Ombudsman. Additionally, the Ombudsman will receive legal support through the office of the Secretary. The office of the Secretary includes nine legal staff that can support the Ombudsman with legal research and information. These resources will be made available to the Ombudsman as need develops and may be deployed within five business days. Following the implementation and transition to KanCare, the Ombudsman will develop volunteer resources in the state to assist in one-to-one assistance and other cases.

Prior to BerryDunn, Xxxxxxx worked for the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), evaluating police departments’ operations, management, and staffing capabilities, and conducting technical assistance and strategic planning projects for agencies across the country— ranging from 50 to 2,000+ officers. She is the former president of the IACP Minnesota chapter and former instructor at St. Cloud State University in public safety leadership. Xxxxxxx is an expert in 21st Century Policing and industry best practices and brings extensive experience instructing hundreds of police officers and police executives in the areas of supervision, leadership development, and a variety of policing skills. As a law enforcement SME, Xxxxxxx will: ◢ Contribute knowledge gained and lessons learned from working with the City of Urbana ◢ Meet with law enforcement project stakeholders, as needed Beginning in December of 2022, Xxxxxxx has worked with the City of Urbana to assess the service delivery of the Urbana police and fire departments. As part of this work, Xxxxxxx gathered multijurisdictional stakeholders and held a brief crime symposium. Xxxxxxx’s ongoing project will help inform XxxxxXxxx’s approach to the County’s project and will allow us to efficiently connect with the County’s law enforcement stakeholder groups. Xxxxxx Xxx | Business Analyst Xxxxxx is a consultant in XxxxxXxxx’s Justice and Public Safety Practice with 13 years of experience in the law enforcement and courts domain. Prior to joining BerryDunn, Xxxxxx worked for an industry-leading software company as an implementation consultant, assisting public-sector agencies implement court- related technology. She is a certified court clerk and has served as an assistant court administrator. She began her career in law enforcement, beginning first as a police officer and retiring as deputy sheriff after nine years.   • Access to Financial Information Buyer’s representatives shall have access to, and Seller and its Affiliates shall cooperate with Buyer and furnish upon request, all financial and other information relating to the Hotel’s operations to the extent necessary to enable Buyer’s representatives to prepare audited financial statements in conformity with Regulation S-X of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) and other applicable rules and regulations of the SEC and to enable them to prepare a registration statement, report or disclosure statement for filing with the SEC on behalf of Buyer or its Affiliates, whether before or after Closing and regardless of whether such information is included in the Records to be transferred to Buyer hereunder. Seller shall also provide to Buyer’s representative a signed representation letter in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Seller sufficient to enable an independent public accountant to render an opinion on the financial statements related to the Hotel. Buyer will reimburse Seller for costs reasonably incurred by Seller to comply with the requirements of the preceding sentence to the extent that Seller is required to incur costs not in the ordinary course of business for third parties to provide such representation letters. The provisions of this Section shall survive Closing or termination of this Contract.

  • Engineer Resources The Engineer shall furnish and maintain quarters for the performance of all services, in addition to providing adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the services required under the contract. The Engineer certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the services required under this contract, or it will be able to obtain such personnel from sources other than the State.
