Teacher-Requested Transfer. .1 A Teacher may request a transfer at any time in the school year by applying in writing to the appropriate Superintendent. .2 Such a transfer may be effected at any time in the school year, with the mutual consent of the Teacher and the Board. .3 The Teacher involved in the transfer request must hold the Ministry of Education minimum qualifications required for the new position at the time of request for transfer. .4 The Board may select appropriate qualified Teachers from those expressing an interest in a position(s). A Teacher may decline a transfer if offered a position under this process. .5 The Board will provide the Local Teacher Bargaining Unit with a listing of all teacher transfers at the culmination of the staffing process.

Teacher-Requested Transfer. 1. For vacancies that occur before April 15 the following criteria shall be applied: if two or more permanent classroom teachers apply for the same vacancy; the teacher with an appropriate basic teaching credential allowing him/her to teach the class and the greatest seniority shall receive the transfer. Appropriate forms shall be available at the Certificated Human Resources Office and from each site principal’s office. Individual transfer requests must be submitted to Certificated Human Resources before April 15. If any provision of this Article or any application thereof to any member of the bargaining unit is held to be contrary to the law, such provision shall be invalid, and the part that was determined to be invalid will be rewritten by the Association and the District in a cooperative manner to comply with current law. Once the determination has been made that the Article was invalid, the two parties will meet within thirty (30) calendar days to correct the Article to comply with current law. In acting on requests for voluntary transfer, the following criteria will be applied: a. Credentialing requirements b. Major/Minor field of study c. The most recent evaluation shall be satisfactory in its overall assessment of the teacher’s working performance d. Teachers on an Action Plan, Advisory Teachers, or Intervention Teachers are not eligible for transfer until they have exited the TIP Program, unless mutually agreed upon by the TIP Panel and District. e. Previous experience, within the past five (5) years, in the grade/subject area where the transferee is to be placed. f. If the above criteria are approximately equal, then first preference in transfer shall be given to the applicant with the greatest seniority. However, for vacancies that occur after April 15 of the current school year prior to the school year in which the transfer would become effective, all qualified internal applicants who apply for a vacant position at a specific school site shall not be granted priority over external applicants who apply for a vacant position at a specific school site. If no external candidate applies for a vacancy at a specific school site, the same procedures for voluntary transfers shall apply. 2. The Certificated Human Resources Office shall record the request and acknowledge its receipt. Any teacher not receiving said transfer shall receive, upon a written request, a written notice informing them as to those specific reasons why the transfer was not granted....

All repairs must be authorized by the Administrator prior to service being completed. Claims for unauthorized repairs will be denied. Many oversights, which are not covered under this Agreement, can be due to simple circumstances such as the Covered Product not being switched on, being unplugged, or a fuse blown at the junction box. To avoid a non-covered claim, perform a hard reset as illustrated by the manufacturer in the owner’s manual of Your Covered Product. If You refuse service on a Covered Product after We have dispatched the authorized technician to Your location, You will be billed for that servicer’s applicable trip charge. If You refuse service on a Covered Product, We are no longer responsible for any costs associated with the repair or replacement of Your Covered Product and may choose to refund You the prorated cost of this Agreement. If the cost of this Agreement is refunded at full cost or at a prorated cost, this Agreement will be considered fulfilled and no further action to repair or replace Your Covered Product will be considered.

  • Employer Requested Leave Leave of absence without loss of pay, seniority and all benefits shall be granted to employees whenever the Employer requires an employee to take designated courses and/or examinations.   • Bona Fide Request/New Business Request Process for Further Unbundling 6.1 BellSouth shall, upon request of <<customer_name>>, provide to <<customer_name>> access to its network elements at any technically feasible point for the provision of <<customer_name>>'s telecommunications service where such access is necessary and failure to provide access would impair the ability of <<customer_name>> to provide services that it seeks to offer. Any request by <<customer_name>> for access to a network element, interconnection option, or for the provisioning of any service or product that is not already available shall be treated as a Bona Fide Request/New Business Request (BFR/NBR), and shall be submitted to BellSouth pursuant to the BFR/NBR process. 6.2 <<customer_name>> shall submit any BFR/NBR in writing to <<customer_name>>’s Account Manager. The BFR/NBR shall specifically identify the requested service date, technical requirements, space requirements and/or such specifications that clearly define the request such that BellSouth has sufficient information to analyze and prepare a response. The BFR/NBR also shall include <<customer_name>>’s designation of the request as being (i) pursuant to the Telecommunications Act of 1996 or (ii) pursuant to the needs of the business.

  • Shareholder Internet Services The Transfer Agent shall provide internet access to the Fund’s shareholders through a designated web site (“Shareholder Internet Services”), which will be accessed by the Fund’s shareholders via a link on the Fund’s web site. The Shareholder Internet Services will be provided pursuant to established procedures and will allow shareholders to view their account information and perform certain on-line transaction request capabilities. The Shareholder Internet Services shall be provided at no additional charge, other than the transaction fees currently being charged for the different transactions as described on the Fee Schedule. The Transfer Agent reserves the right to charge a fee for this service in the future.
