Territorial application
1. As regards the French Republic, this Agreement shall apply only to the European territory of the French Republic.
2. As regards the Kingdom of the Netherlands, this Agreement shall apply only to the European territory of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
Territorial. JURISDICTION
3.01 This Agreement applies to Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec, coming under the jurisdiction of Local Union 144 where government legislation prevails.
3.02 The following outlines the territorial jurisdiction of Local Unions under the terms of this Agreement. Local Union 56: The Province of Nova Scotia Local Union 740: The Province of Newfoundland and Labrador Local Union 325: The Province of New Brunswick and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Island Local Union 853: The Province of Ontario. The Province of Ontario shall be divided into four zones: Zone 1 - Ontario East. The eastern portion of the Province of Ontario, east of line A drawn between Pembroke and Kingston and including those cities. Zone 2 - Ontario Central. The Province of Ontario west of said line A, and including all the Province of Ontario up to line B drawn due north form the junction of Cumberland and Xxxxxx Streets in the city of Thunder Bay, but excluding the city of Thunder Bay. Zone 3 - Ontario West. The Province of Ontario west of said line B, and including the city of thunder Bay. Xxxx 0 - Xxxxx Xxxxxxx. Xxx Xxxx of Toronto in the Province of Ontario, within the thirty-five (35) mile radius of Toronto City Hall, with the western boundary being Highway #25 from the point of intersect of the radius line and Highway #25 to Lake Ontario. The eastern boundary is the point of intersect of radius line and the northern shoreline of Lake Ontario. Southern boundary to be northern shoreline of Lake Ontario. Local Union 254: The Province of Manitoba Local Union 179: The Province of Saskatchewan Local Union 488: The northern part of the Province of Alberta i.e. that potion of the Province of Alberta north of parallel of latitude 52.15 running east and west through the centre of the city of Red Deer, and North West Territories. Local Union 496: The southern part of the Province of Alberta i.e. that portion of the Province of Alberta south of parallel of latitude 52.15 running east and west through the centre of the city of Red Deer. Local Union 170 The Province of British Columbia.

Territorial differentiated and gender-based approach, through the differentiated treatment of territories and populations, in particular of women and boy and girl victims, and of the most deprived and most vulnerable populations and collective groups, that are most affected by the conflict.
1.1.1 Commission for the Clarification of Truth, Coexistence and Non-Repetition: The Commission must fulfill three fundamental objectives, which as a whole contribute to the non- Repetition of the conflict: In the first place, the Commission shall contribute to the clarification of what happened, in accordance with the elements of the mandate as described later, and offer a substantive explanation of the complexity of the conflict, in such a way as to promote a shared understanding in society, in particular of the least-known aspects of the conflict, as the impact of the conflict on children and adolescents and gender-based violence, among other matters.
1.1.1 Commission for the Clarification of Truth, Coexistence and Non-Repetition: And thirdly, the Commission should promote coexistence in the territories, in the understanding that coexistence is not a matter of simple sharing of the same social and political space, but involves the creation of an environment that allows the transformative peaceful resolution of conflicts and the construction of the broadest culture of respect and tolerance in democracy. This will promote an atmosphere of dialogue and create spaces in which the dignity of victims will be restored, individual and collective recognition of responsibility will take place, and in general the respect and confidence of citizens in each other, cooperation and solidarity, social justice, gender equity, and a democratic culture that fosters tolerance, promotes the good life, free us from indifference to the problems of others, will be consolidated. The Commission shall contribute to the construction of a peace based on the truth, the knowledge and recognition of a bloody past that must be overcome. … The Commission will develop an appropriate differential and gender approach that allows evidencing the differential forms in which the conflict affected women, children, adolescents, young people and older adults, to persons in situations of disability, to indigenous peoples, to peasant communities, to Afro-Colombian, black, palenquero and raizal populations, to the population LGBTI, to displaced persons and exiled, the [women and men] defenders of human rights, trade unionist...

1.1.1 Commission for the Clarification of Truth, Coexistence and Non-Repetition: … The Commission will develop an appropriate differential and gender approach that allows evidencing the differential forms in which the conflict affected women, children, adolescents, young people and older adults, to persons in situations of disability, to indigenous peoples, peasant communities, to Afro-Colombian, black, palenquero and raizal populations, to the population LGBTI, to displaced persons and exiled to the defenders of human rights, trade unionists, journalists, men and women farmers, traders and businessmen and businesswomen, among others. This should also contribute to the Colombian society's understanding of the specific ways in which the conflict reproduced historical mechanisms of discrimination and gender stereotypes, as a critical first step to having a more just and inclusive society.
Territorial. The territory of area covered by this Agreement shall include "Lake County except by the Northeastern Section lying north of Crown Point and east of Griffith, and all of Newton County" and shall be referred to as "Hammond, Indiana and Vicinity".
Territorial. Applicability This Agreement shall apply to the customs territory of the Republic of Korea and to the customs territory of the Russian Federation. Article 15 Entry into force and Termination 1. This Agreement shall enter into force on the thirtieth day from the date of its signing and shall cease to be in force six months after the date of a written notification of one of the Contracting Parties about its intention to terminate the Agreement.
Territorial. Applicability This Agreement shall apply to the customs territory of the Republic of Korea and to the customs territory of the State of Israel.
Territorial. Applicability This Agreement shall be applicable to the customs territory of the Republic of Korea and to the customs territory of the United States of America. It shall also be applicable to the Virgin Islands of the United States of America.
Territorial. Application This Agreement shall apply, on the one hand, to the territories in which the Treaty establishing the European Community is applied and under the conditions laid down in that Treaty, and, on the other hand, to the territory of the United States of America. This shall not prevent the conduct of cooperative activities on the high seas, outer space, or the territory of third countries, in accordance with international law. ARTICLE 12 Entry into Force, Termination and Dispute Settlement (a) This Agreement shall enter into force on the date on which the Parties have notified each other in writing that their respective internal procedures necessary for its entry into force have been completed. (b) This Agreement is concluded for an initial period of five years. Subject to review by the Parties in the final year of each successive period, the Agreement may be extended, with possible amendments, thereafter for additional periods of five years by mutual written agreement between the Parties.
