The Bank undertakes to. 1. provide maintenance of the Payment Card/Account in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the terms provided by the Tariffs, this Agreement and internal documents of the Bank;
The Bank undertakes to. 4.2.1. Inform the Client about the current Tariffs, in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
The Bank undertakes to. Provide services subject of the Frame Agreement promptly and in good faith in line with regulations; Execute payment orders of the Payment Services User up to the amount of available funds on the Account, in accordance with legislations; Keep documents for opening and closing the Payment Services User’s dinar current account at least ten years from the date of closing the Account; Keep orders based on which changes on the Account are recorded at least ten years after the expiry of the year when such changes were recorded The Bank shall not require from the Payment Service User to certify by seal the payment order transaction which the user is obligated to submit to the Bank. If by fulfilling an adequate enactment of the Bank, the Payment Service User requested the use of seal, the Bank shall reject the submitted payment order against the payment transaction which is not certified by seal.
The Bank undertakes to. 1) Provide the service of Payment card/Account in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the terms stipulated by the Tariffs, this Agreement and internal documents of the Bank;
The Bank undertakes to. 11.3.1 To disburse the credit in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the contract;
The Bank undertakes to. 3.4.1. Issue the card to the cardholder within 4 (four) banking days from the date of satisfaction of the application. Reissue of the card in accordance with the established procedure within the same period.
The Bank undertakes to. 4.1.1. Open an Account for the Customer , with assignment of an individual identification code, on the basis of the Application for Accession to the Contract signed by the Customer within 1 (one) working day following the day the Customer provides the full package of documents in accordance with sub-clause 3.1.1. clause 3.1. of this Contract and other documents additionally requested by the Bank, if necessary.
The Bank undertakes to. 4.1.1. Opening an account in national and/or foreign currency in accordance with the application and order of the Client, opening other necessary (for monthly salary, Pos - terminal, corporate card, pension and other purpose) accounts, as well as providing all settlement and cash services provided by the legislation, and carrying out settlement and cash operations in strict compliance with the current rules of cashless settlement in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including:
The Bank undertakes to. 4.1.1. вести комплексное расчетно-кассовое обслуживание Клиента и осуществлять по его поручению все расчетные и кассовые операции в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации; 4.1.1. Provide integrated corporate and retail settlement and cash management services to the Customer and perform all settlement and cash operations in accordance with its instructions as provided by law of the Russian Federation;
The Bank undertakes to. 6.1. Upon receipt of an application for issuance of card and receipt of full package of documents required to open a card account and issue (reissue) a card, provided by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and internal documents of the Bank, within 5 (five) business days from the date of payment of fees for annual service of the card according to the Tariffs, open a card account for Cardholder, issue (reissue) a card and hand it to the Cardholder.
