The Courage of Lucy Award. The purpose of this award is to recognize children who positively handle life’s challenges, i.e., ill family members, family tragedy, teasing, sticking up for a friend, etc. The Courage of Lucy Award will be given to the Xxxxxxx Xxx student who showed the following characteristics: Courage in adversity, facing life changing or threatening situation with honesty, exhibits grace under pressure, shows selfless behavior or acts, has a positive countenance, is a role model in each area. Xxxxxxx Xxx will respond to misbehavior in a calm and consistent manner. The following are descriptions of Minor versus Major offenses with a menu or responses that the school feels is appropriate depending on the circumstances. The goal is to help the student make responsible choices in the future. The consequences given will depend on the severity of the incident(s), number and frequency of offenses of the same or different nature, and previous consequences given. Suspension could eliminate student opportunities to participate in school-sponsored activities or events. Note that student due process rights can be found in Appendix D of this handbook or on the CSD website.   • POSTING OF RECOMMENDED AWARD AND PROTESTS The recommended award will be posted for review by interested parties at the Procurement Division and at: xxxx://xxxx.xxxx.xxx/OrangeBids/AwardsRec/default.asp prior to submission through the appropriate approval process and will remain posted for a period of five (5) full business days.

  • Arbitration Award All arbitration awards shall be final and binding as provided by Section 42 of the Trade Union Act.   • System for Award Management (XXX) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a XXX.xxx proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number. Grantee will continue to maintain an active XXX registration with current information at all times during which it has an active award under this Agreement.

  • Vesting of Award Subject to Section 2(b) below and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, this Award shall become vested in three equal annual installments on the first, second and third anniversaries of the date hereof. Unless otherwise provided by the Company, all dividends and other amounts receivable in connection with any adjustments to the Shares under Section 4(c) of the Plan shall be subject to the vesting schedule in this Section 2(a).

  • Accelerated Vesting of Equity Awards One hundred percent (100%) of Executive’s then-outstanding and unvested Equity Awards will become vested in full. If, however, an outstanding Equity Award is to vest and/or the amount of the award to vest is to be determined based on the achievement of performance criteria, then the Equity Award will vest as to one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the Equity Award assuming the performance criteria had been achieved at target levels for the relevant performance period(s).

  • Equity Award The Executive will be eligible to receive equity awards, if any, at such times and on such terms and conditions as the Board shall, in its sole discretion, determine.

  • RSU Award An RSU Award shall be similar in nature to a Restricted Stock Award except that no shares of Stock are actually transferred to the Holder until a later date specified in the applicable Award Agreement. Each RSU shall have a value equal to the Fair Market Value of a share of Stock.
