Union Membership and Activity. No employee shall be discriminated against, intimidated, restrained or coerced in the exercise of any rights granted by law or by this Agreement, or on account of Union membership or non-membership, or activities on behalf of the Union.

Union Membership and Activity. A. Each bargaining unit employee may make their own personal decisions with respect to the Union or other employee organization membership without intimidation or coercion. There will be no discrimination against any employee by the Union or the University because an employee chooses not to become a member or the Union or because the employee chooses to become a member of the Union and/or acts as a representative of the Union or its members or other employees pursuant to this Agreement.
